Great Staff. No Locks on the doors, a first for me. Some random guy wandered in with a toothbrush at 10am and started talking with me a my friends, he wasn't staying in the room. He came a few more times. I think he wanted to steal our things, not too sure. Had to break up a fight in the corridor outside our room. For some reason two people where punching each other. The entire building is pretty strange. Beds were compfy. Showers were clean but not the nicest I've been in. But good nonetheless. I would for sure not stay there again. If your a solo female traveler don't. I'm a man who went with two other guys and didn't feel the safest. I think anyone can wander in at night, no one checked that we were staying in the place when we came back at 4am.

I've slept in a lot of cheap accomodations in Spain (and also in Bilbao) during my pilgrimage. This is really the worst experience. Not because of the strange entrance, the general feeling of being in the middle of a warehouse and not something to sleep (that could be reasons for tourists, but I'm used to sleep in cheap und not so good rooms). The cons are more this: - The floors are not clean - Walls, lockers and so on are the opposite of clean (found for example old traces of bed bugs) - The kitchen has no spoon, no knife (just one for all) and mainly no forks - climate: In the reception they make it cold; in the parts after the first fire door: They don't turn on air conditioning (it's really hot and humid) - Everywhere are really old things from former guests (old shampoos, the shoe fridge is full of old stuff) - the kitchen, the living room all is not clean - many other things Without mention more details: Just the good location and price doesn't justify this. There are hostels that are a lot better (quite easy to be true), that costs just 5 or 10 bugs more. If you can: Don't stay here

I loved my stay here! The girl who checked me in was super friendly. You get what you pay for - but everything was clean and spacious. Big lockers available, right in the heart of Bilbao. Basic breakfast but thats what you get for the price. I'd stay here again.

The facilities were clean and the staff was friendly but its not really a very nice interior. They did have a kitchen and offer breakfast in the morning. The location was also pretty good in decent walking distance from the most important sights and near lots if restaurants.

I've stayed at a lot of backpacker hotels the summer. This was the worst in terms of cleanliness and just lack of attention. Why can't the owners invest just a little bit more to make the place look presentable? Do they have to use raw, unpainted particle board? Their competition uses Formica and plastic. Looks uniform and easy to clean. The kitchen area is a disaster. If the guests felt that the owners cared, guests would do their part. I would have given one star but the room did have an air conditioner I say stay if you need to, other places in the same price range will likely be more satisfactory.

Very nice people, very helpful. Rooms are clean, bathrooms too. Breakfast is free and it's reasonable. They lend you lockers which are small but that's my only complaint. And they say they have car park but they don't!

The hostel is easy to find and accessible. It was great that we could arrive after midnight, flexible check in is appreciated. All kitchen facilities mentioned on the website were present. The breakfast was very basic. The rooms barely had any windows so it was quite hot and sweaty in the rooms. The lockers in the rooms and the rooms it self don't have locks so I would advice to bring your own logo for your backpack or locker. The staff is very friendly, speaks well English and was helpful. I would recommend this hostle for a one or two night stay.

At first, the location was a little hard to find, but overall it's very nice! The staff are super friendly and helpful! There is a free breakfast in the mornings but it's a typical Spanish breakfast like cookies and coffee.

Unbelievably disrespectful employees and unbelievably bad hygiene (I found used underpants next to my bed). One guy who worked there came up to us in the middle of the night and screamed at us in spanish, one of our friends was fluent in Spanish and translated to us that he constantly insulted us and said we should sleep on the street. Worst stay of my life.

The pictures of this hostel in google are very exaggerated. The beds and sheets are clean but the rooms are dark and simple with only small windows (very hot in summer, but has air conditioning). At night the light from the hallway shines into the bedrooms. The bathrooms are more or less clean, soap is mostly run out. The hostel is open for 24h so when you go to bed early, you have your roommates check in during the night. The breakfast room is dirty and chaotic and the free breakfast consists of toast, butter, marmelade, cornflakes, cookies, tea, coffee (if you prepare one for yourself). The hostel has lockers where you can leave your luggage during the day for 2-3 Euros. I would not recommend this hostel.

I stayed in a 6-bed-room. The Bed is confortable and clean. The location is quite close 10 minutes less to each Points (Central bus station, Gugenheim Bilbao Museum, Airport Bus Station, Train Station). Enough and clean Showers and Toilet. Each bed has ist own socket and locker without key. The check-in desk is on the 2nd floor but the entrance of the building is dark and creepy. All of all, I was satisfied with the stay this time.

nice place, warm welcome, rooms and showers are ok but not so easy and practical for a youth hostel. too much noise with the doors and people of other rooms. breakfast could be better. otherwise it is a cool hostel.

hostel rather not to spend more time in it than overnight. Although sometimes it is difficult to get enough sleep because of the thin walls. I was surprised by a very small window, which is still stuffy in the room, but on the plus side air conditioning. I was also disappointed in the kitchen, which is strictly open between 9 and 20, even if I just wanted to make tea in the morning. A big plus for a place because in the center. Sometimes a problem with communicating in English, but usually google translate helps. Good price

Saapumisohjeet olivat selkeät ja toimivat. Huone siisti, wifi toimi hyvin, wc/suihku siisti. Rauhallinen sisäpihahuone.
