Stayed there a couple of months ago . Very nice hotel, one of the best NH I every been to. Staff was absolutely marvelous. Room was with nice decoration and fully equipped. Balcony available. Breakfast was fantastic. Parking is available but with additional cost. Overall the stay was very good and memorable. Hope the staff will keep to provide the same high quality services.

This is not a fancy hotel, but it has been recently renovated. We got a fantastic room, relatively large with a terrace. We could not have been happier. And the location is ideal, within walking distance of the Guggenheim museum and the center of Bilbao.

Highly recommended. Staff professional and friendly. Very good location. Short walk into Bilbao. Ten minutes to Guggenheim Museum. Big bedroom, very good shower room. Breakfast was buffet style and very good. Great value for money. €20 Uber to airport FWIW.

The rooms are fine, nothing special. The breakfast is amazing, and even as a vegan you can have an excellent breakfast here. They have soymilk for the coffee, quacamole for on your bread and a lot of fresh fruit. Seeds and nuts are also provided.

Generally a nice and very clean hotel with modernised and fairly spacious rooms. The interior is pleasant and thought through enough for a comfortable stay. The bedding is quite basic, which is expected of a hotel in this price range. my main criticism is there Wi-Fi or the lack of it. In rooms 302 and 303 there is no working Wi-Fi at all. This is ridiculous and needs to be fixed. The breakfast is pleasantly nice, the choice is a little limited but most things on offer are good quality and tasty, perhaps, apart from the watermelon which tasted sour and went straight to the bin. The location is pretty good, there is a small supermarket and some very good dining places minutes walk from the hotel, and if you cross the bridge you will end up in a very large shopping mall with electronics, clothing and food options. Bilbao is a very walkable City and most of the city centre will be within reach on foot in 15-20 minutes.

The room is big and clean. The staff are really nice. She helped us get a taxi to the airport within 10 minutes at 6AM on 1 January. It’s impressive. Thank her so much!

A basic hotel but very clean, comfortable and a short walk from the Guggenheim and a slightly longer walk to the old town. The staff were all very welcoming and helpful. Definitely would stay here again!

Friendly staff, good location. Room was clean, bathroom has enough space. Convinient heating with air conditioning. Big wardrobe. A lot of options at breakfast. Room is not big. From hotel of such level we expected to have slippers and water, maybe bathrobes...

Good hotel at a good price, in a good location. It's not particularly new or fancy but it was very comfortable and welcoming, which was better. The room was spacious, really clean and fresh, and the bed was comfortable. The cleaning team refreshed the room every day while we were at breakfast. The front desk staff were really helpful. The location is great if you're happy to walk down the riverfront to the Guggenheim and on into the old town. If you don't want to walk, taxis are not expensive to get you around town. It hit the sweet spot of location, price and comfort for us, and it'll be our first choice next time we visit Bilbao.

A big disapointment compared to other NH Hotels I have visited. We had requested a room with twin beds when booking. On the arrival day we got an email saying that it was not possible to offer twin beds. We got a very small room with a small double bed. As we are friends traveling together is was not great for us. On our last night we were offered to move to a room with twin beds. This hotel is more shabby than chic and have seen better days. There was also mold on the wall of the first room we stayed in. I have stayed in many different NH Hotels, and they are always very nice, this one was not. It was not up to the general standard of NH Hotels. A huge dissapointment. The only thing that helped was that the staff was incredibly service minded and helpfull.

The location is superb close to the main attractions in downtown Bilbao.

4 stars, quite far away from the 7 streets but comfortable and the receptionist stole the show. Great to see people like him early in the morning.

It's an ideal hotel to visit bibao. The beds are great and sheets are refreshed every day. Same for the towels which is not really needed. The room we had was quite large and all the facilities are there. Breakfast was excellent 👌. There is parking but the space in the garage is very tight and it cost around 17 euros. Also you have to do stairs before you can take on of the elevator.

Our stay here has been truly memorable. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We were greeted with a warm welcome and the front desk already had the room ready. The rooms are very modern and clean and the view is great too! Will always be coming back here when possible. Thank you for the great service!

It’s ok, breakfast is nice and diverse. Rooms are plain and relatively clean. Location is good. 5 min walk from the Guggenheim and promenade.

We have spent my sister’s bachelorette weekend in this hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. They put nice decoration in my sister room as a surprise. The rooms are clean and the beds are good. We have enjoyed the breakfast which was well replenished and varied. Thanks to the whole hotel staff for their hospitality and service which I can highly recommend. The hotel is on walking distance from the city center. Very nice city, cosy bars with Pinxtos. The Guggenheim museum makes this a perfect city-trip Best regards Tine from Belgium

Hotel very close to the Deusto university. The rooms are not so big but clean an quiet, good the position for the university and guggenheim museum. The center of the city can be reached with a short and enjoyable walk.

Stayed at the NH Deusto over the weekend. A little gem of a hotel. Close to the beautiful river walks, the Guggenheim museum and football stadium. Easy access to the city centre. A lovely welcome on arrival. Staff were so helpful, in particular Felix on reception. A true gentleman who took the time to speak with every guest and yet no delays. He was 'the icing on the cake' 😉

Work trip. The room was spacious enough and well equipped, also had an ample terrace. The highlight of the visit was the reception staff; night shift guy gave an outstanding service like I haven't seen in a while. Cheers for the super attentive staff!

Spacious Room! Excellent Service!

I was disappointed with my room size especially for the amount of money for it. I was offered free breakfast which was a nice gesture. Probably will not choose to stay that close to Guggenheim next time as really not necessary. Breakfast did have a variety and copious amounts which was tasty.

Hotel is fantastic. Staffs are friendly and cooperative. Only one point for improvement 1. At the reception, the lift is few stairs steps ahead. This creates problem with full of luggage.

We had thé best receptionist ever, since we only had one day and not prepared anything Else than Guggenheim,he really made thé difference for us.We followed all his tips ,so good that you have People working there with love for their city...
