Nice, modern hotel. Staff is pretty good and helpful. The first stop in the city when take bus from airport. Really convenient to the city and museum. No buffet breakfast service, but with coffee machine in the room and lobby area, also offer breads in the bag for light breakfast. The room rate is also good. Recommend for both work and leisure.

Excellent hotel with the most friendly reception. The location is just perfect. Crawling distance from Guggenheim, amazing cafe with some of the best local coffee and a vegan grocery story around the corner. And a bus stop to the airport right in front of the door. Beds are comfy and rooms are dark. The room is very silent, blocking out noise from the street. There is some kind of sanibroyeur that makes some noise on every toilet flush but that’s a minor annoyance. Design is modern and room is clean and minimal. Big safe in the room that fits your laptop and a small fridge as well to keep some fresh goods. The lounge area looks stylish but I haven’t seen anyone use it though. Excellent base to explore Bilbao from. On top of that a very fair price, so highly recommended.

We spent one night in this small hotel with a superb location. The Guggenheim is only two blocks away, the nearest metro station 4 blocks, 25 mins walk to the old town and most conveniently the bus to and from the airport stops nearly at the hotel. Our room was spacious and clean. Because of the double windows the traffic voice was not disturbing during the night though all the rooms are located in the first floor. However the voice insulation of the door was poor. So bring your earplugs. As it is - for the two stars the hotel does not have a breakfast room or the like. So the service is limited but the front door personnel was friendly and they had a luggage room. I would visit again.

We had a street-side room, which was actually quiet, nice big solid Windows blocked the sound. But if you need pitch black to sleep, not the best place, the window coverings weren't blocking all the street light etc. It was totally fine for me, nice comfy bed and pillows, but if you're particular about light at night, probably not the room for you. Free coffee/tea and water all the time was great. Welcome water and some oranges was nice when you arrive tired and hungry. Perfect location, museum and cafes right around the corners. 3 Fruit shops and 3 grocery shops within 2-3 blocks to stock the mini fridge if you want.

Stylish, modern hotel in a good location close to all the main sights of Bilbao. The staff were really friendly and our room was quiet all night despite being on a busy street. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again. Thank you to the staff for your hospitality!

Perfect central place to stay and visit Bilbao. The museum is 5 minutes walking and the old town about 20. The area is nice with pleat y of shops and restaurants. Also the hotel is very clean, the staff is super helpful and their customer service is outstanding. Something happen with our door luck and we couldn’t come in to finish our check out, so they let us stay for the rest of the day for free and also free parking for that day.

Good location if you're trying to stay in the City Center, very convenient to bus stops and for hailing a taxi. Friendly reception that helped us call a taxi. Nice and quiet rooms

Lovely hotel, quirky black and white theme which really appealed to me. Numbers written on doors in huge figures. Staff very helpful. Around 3 minutes walk to the Guggenheim. Parking is off site, a bit of a nuisance. Rooms are compact, the bathroom is stylish with a large shower stall. There is a lovely lounge area on the first floor with a coffee machine and a computer with internet access.

Fabulous location. Bus from airport stops outside. 2 blocks from Gugganheim. Close to Grocery shop, Bakery, cafes. Great room, very clean will definitely come back

Super hotel! The staff takes super good care of you with great details. The rooms are nice and the bed super comfy!!!! There is a nice common area with a Nespresso machine, water and muffins. The location is great, close by Guggenheim museum and the center is 15 mins walk. Recommended
