Clean hotel room, but disappointed no breakfast or free snack of any kind. Also, when confirming on the phone, was told I could park 400m down the road or in a green zone until 9am. I wasn't aware how bad parking is in Bilbao, but eventually found a space 15 minutes later. However I had to move the car at 8am not 9am which was a bit infuriating, especially when I told reception and she just shrugged her shoulders.
