Hotel
is
in
poorly
kept
condition
and
needs
an
upgrade
badly!!!
It
is
way
too
old
and
not
taken
care
at
all.
I
was
simply
in
shock
how
nasty
the
staff
was.
Specifically
Roberto,
the
most
appalling
customer
service
I
have
ever
had
in
my
life!
We
were
travelling
with
a
small
child
and
arrived
late
to
do
the
check-in
and
couldn't
find
the
hotel
and
when
we
called
Roberto
asking
to
kindly
guide
us
and
if
he
could
stay
on
the
phone
and
explain
how
to
get
there,
he
said
he
was
not
able
to
stay
on
the
phone
to
guide
us.
Then
once
we
found
the
hotel
after
3
phone
calls
when
we
checked
in
he
was
very
nasty
as
they
charge
EUR
14
for
parking
when
the
hotel
is
far
from
the
city
centre.
Roberto
made
me
show
him
an
email
confirming
that
the
parking
was
included
in
the
reservation
and
since
it
was
too
late,
I
said
I
can
show
you
later
since
my
son
was
very
tired.
Roberto
stayed
with
the
parking
ticket
to
ensure
that
I
couldn't
leave
the
hotel
parking.
The
following
day,
Lourdes
was
as
impolite
as
Roberto
was
even
said
that
the
parking
in
Bilbao
was
more
expensive
than
EUR
14
when
in
reality
we
didn't
even
pay
for
parking
more
than
EUR
1
at
the
city
centre
and
in
the
most
important
sightseeing
spots
as
parking
is
FREE
from
13
hours
until
14:30
then
you
can
easily
pay
per
hour
and
we
paid
not
more
than
EUR
3
in
front
of
a
hotel
right
across
the
famous
Puppy
and
Guggenheim
Museum
so
in
all
never
paid
over
EUR
5
for
parking
in
the
city
centre.
They
lied
that
parking
is
more
expensive
in
the
centre
of
Bilbao
when
in
reality
they
are
crazy
to
charge
EUR
14
for
the
night
when
it
FREE
in
Bilbao!!!!
Don't
stay
in
this
hotel
ever
and
Roberto
and
Lourdes
should
look
for
another
job
not
serving
customers!!!!!
AVOID
THIS
HOTEL
SUPER
DATED
WITH
URGENT
TLC
NEDED
AND
AWFUL
STAFF
