I would not recomed to book this "hotel". Pension Bilbao billed us twice for our stay and after one year has not yet paid back!

Super pension! The place is right in the center of the city near the metro and train station. You can access the old and new town center by less than 10-15 min walk. The neighborhood is calm and safe. The room was clean (and cleaned every morning!). The bathroom was also clean and working well. We did not have a great view from the windows but it was ok since we were only there to sleep! The staff is friendly and helpful :) We recommend this place! Good quality-price ratio!!

This is great value for money stay. Professional staff. Clean with good shower in a beautiful place with good cafes and old world buildings nearby. Secure with potable water. Upstairs. Visit Lesmado No5

Great value for money... but a little bit rough for an Italian... a great host is something more than this!

It's really central and the staff was nice. But our room was so dirty! Plus there was mold in the bathroom and the shower doors were broken.

Lovely place to stay, great places to visit such as museum of modern art or if your a soccer fan Athletic Bilbao.. we enjoyed our stay here on part of our Camino Walk..

Located in the city center and Very accessible to everything a tourist.needs: food, laundry, shopping, transport. Very clean linen.toilet and room too.

As for 2* hotel the Pension Begoña is a great place to stay: located in the city center, staff can securely hold your luggage after checkout for free, the room was clean and relatively comfortable. Can't name anything I didn't like, considering the price.

You can drive to the street to unload your luggage. Elevator takes you to 4th floor, where is Pension Bilbao door. Rooms are clean.

Great value friendly staff fantastic location

Simple but clean room in the centre of the city. It offers everything one night travelers need. You may need ear plugs. It's a few minutes walk from the old part of Bilbao. You will like a nice and helpful host.

Very well located place, close to the river and the old city. We had a very tiny fan that wasn't enough for 2 people. Felt a bit overpriced
