Definitely not worth €55 a night. Sticky floors and small dark humid rooms. Not even a fan, bottle of water or soap. A rip off actually.

I loved the atmosphere here with the plaza downstairs through the windoe and the locals and the guitar playing musician. A real taste of local life. The host and i managed to communicate somehow. It was great.

Room the size of a prison cell, looks more like the kind of place you would rent by the hour. My booking was corporate, arranged via a 3rd party, and will be recommending its removal from our list of approved locations

Very nice place, good position. I just think that 2 bathrooms are not enough, even if they are not shared with many people I believe that having at least the toilets separated would help. Other than that I'm very happy with my experience.

Extremely loud, having the room between the entrance door and the bathroom. Can hear everybody’s buisness... the room is moisty and smelly, it’s cheap but im not convinced. We had a little visitor in the bed.

Everything was good. We didnt meet any responsible in person neither in the check-in nor check-out time. They have automated all processes and we didnt experience any bad case.

It's a decent place for a couple of days. The best is well located area near the bus station . And the stadium san mames.

The place is good and it's near a beautiful plaza and a near cafeteria (awesome prices and food). We haven't met any assistant or responsible neither in the check-in nor check-out time. There's a negative point, though, we can hear some noises from other rooms, but nothing that disturbed our night

Strange place, no sign on the door to find it. Self check-in was easy. Shared bathrooms are a little icky and only one power outlet in the room. Smells like old cigarettes. Bedding was fresh. Staff did nothing to intervene when our neighbours kept the entire floor awake all night partying, very disappointed with this hotel.

Relatively close to the Bilbao Intermodal. The room was ok. However, the sheets weren't completely washed and there were handprints on the wall which is unacceptable.

Very inexpensive and beat and organized hostel.

The rooms and bathroom were very clean and kept so on a daily basis. The staff was very friendly and efficient helping out when needed and at the same time they'd give you as much privacy as you wanted. I'd certainly stay there again. Very close to the Bus Station and other key public transport

Positiv: Hotel is centrally located. Room was clean, also bed/towels/shower and toilet. Negativ: room is extremely simple, not pretty. No individual reading light per bed. Only one small lamp between beds + one chandelier with cold light, hospital style. Only one socket for 3 plugs, not even located centrally, e. G. Between beds. WiFi is really bad Doors can only be slammed while leaving the room. All for 95 euros one night Saturday to Sunday. Not worth it
