The reception staff were friendly and efficient and I am sure the rooms are cheap. The rooms are not too small we were given twin beds, despite booking a double as that's all they have left... The Hotel is in a very old building and the rooms are extremely dated and have few amenities. It is on an estate with nothing much nearby L, 10 - 15 minutes walk to the Metro. The room was pretty clean. No toiletries, tissues, drawers, safe, room service, fridge, tea coffee etc etc. Heating is a basic radiator that is very hard to set the heat on and goes off centrally at night so the room is either too hot - or too cold. That's in winter. It must be awful in summer as there is no air conditioning and there is a busy road and planes flying over if you open the window. Breakfast is barely adequate served from the bar with limited choices. There are many better hotels in and around Bilbao.

Beautiful hotel. Friendly staff that spoke English. Close to airport with free shuttle. Big, comfy rooms for families. Cafeteria w/ breakfast. Will def stay here again!

Dinner was like a normal bar, few options but perfect to have dinner and go to rest. Free shuttle to the airport was a nice perk

I stayed in here for 10 days. Plus Clean rooms, nice aperitives. Free parking. Nice reception guys Cons. Cold rooms, no shampoo or bath gel. Furnitures are so so. Restaurant is terrible. Dont even try to eat pasta (i left it without eat)

Overall I had a pleasant stay. Thumbs up for the quality of the breakfast products, the mini fridge in the room and the shower with nice water pressure and stable temperature (a rare feature in a hotel). The worst part is the bed, not the worst bed I've slept on, but it wasn't very comfortable. If you are concerned about the noise of the planes, there's nothing to worry about, 0 noise in the night, only during daytime.

Rooms are very spartan. Not much selection in the way of food. Looks like a stopover for big tour groups traveling on a budget, so quite a few kids and considerable noise. Right in the air corridor too, so you'll hear planes landing every couple of minutes.

It's a clean hotel but it has a very old building. This building has been used in the past as a school for educating the priests. The hotel only occupies one of the floors of the building. The downside is that it's far away from the city center and the only mean of public transportation is bus.

Nice, old fashioned hotel, with quite clean and modern feel in the room. All rooms are on the fifth floor with lift access. Bar & cafe on the ground floor with dinner served from 8pm. Taxi is the best way to get to and from airport; not sure if the shuttle bus is at work since only available within very limited hours. Very close to the Agricultural College (Derio) nearby with walking distance of 10mins.

Great place for backpackers. The 2nd floor is dedicated to people with fairly low budgets. Consists of small but liveable space. Water sink and a closet built in. Bus stop is 2 mins away, the train however is 10 mins away, Lush green and beautiful surroundings.

No climate control overnight, room was very hot. Informed front desk but was told it was expected to be cold overnight and AC was not available.

Had a 1 night stay here after my flight was cancelled. The room was clean and ok. The in room WiFi was very slow Also good to note if you need a shuttle back to the airport to book the night before, they're every 30 mins but fill up fast.
