The price is definitely too high for the location. It is very close to the central station and I was afraid of walking home on my own at night. The did not pay me back the rental deposit in time. Nevertheless it is very central and the rooms are small but clean. Its easy to connect with other students living there.

Very helpful staff and really fast in responding. Very accessible place from public transportation to grocery shops. I don't find the neighbourhood scary at all and I see this as a misconception. I've been to worst in our apartment in France. I never had a bad experience and the people in the neighbourhood are kind so I'm not really sure how others are experiencing. I will definitely stay here again!

Central, clean, great facilities. Lovely and quiet at night. Couldn't get my head around the small bath/shower thing though and shower time was as little precarious πŸ˜€ staff helpful but I don't feel there was enough of them. Breakfast good. I had a very stressy time with parking in Bilbao but that has nothing to do with the hotel... Just don't rely on free parking.

Middle of June so hot, no air conditioner. We open the window, so noisy outside and the bath tub so small be careful. It's dangerous for old people. can't take a shower standing you will fall. Need to seat down while showering. 'BE CAREFUL IN THE SHOWER'

The staff was extremely helpful and the room was cozy and comfortable. A bit smallish, but served the purpose. Had to put the heater on as it was a bit cold inside. The only minus is that the hotel is located in very dodgy area of the town and in the dark it was a bit scary to walk pass those "people" (not to be racist or anything) lurking in the corners. During daytime it is fine, close to center and to main train station.

We had a good experience in this hotel (it’s a university dorm). The rooms are small, but you have everything you need for a budget stay. The location is good, not as sketchy as some people write. I’d say it’s safe, just not the cleanest part of the city let’s say. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Bad experience. The neighborhood is really bad. They’re lying about the room description, no air condition, no TV, no parking. It is way too expensive for what they have to offer. I do not recommend this place.

Nice place, good vibes. It's located in a very central area. The rooms are small, but you really have everything you need (space for studying, space for storage, small kitchen). The beds are really not comfortable and not fit for tall people...

Residencia is really over priced for the location and the services that offer. The rooms are really small and not well served, in particular the bathroom is narrow with a dangerous shower (I felt down and they hadn’t a primary first aid kit) The area around is degraded and during the night is not recommended to walk around. In any case people who work there are really nice ( both receptionist and security) welcomed and happy to help all the hosts and we have really appreciated their kindness.

If you are considering this hotel, then be aware that it is located on a street which for many will be perceived as unsafe. Normally I do not feel insecure in harsher environments, but when you are not local, this area does not feel safe. The hotel is ok on the cheap end of hotels but more reminiscent of a hostel. The room was clean but a bit worn (the pictures are much nicer than reality) and there was a lot of noise from the street (but we also lived on the ground floor). We would have liked to have been informed of the above before booking a room, and we probably would not have chosen the place in that case.

Right in the centre, rooms don't all look like in the pictures but the common areas are great, service at the reception 24/7 ✨

Great value for money. Don't expect much cutlery and such in the kitchenette.

Nice clean room, a little small for 2 and noisy until the early hours from room above (lots of banging and sounded like furniture being dragged across floor) - to be expected in student accommodation πŸ€”

I spent my Erasmus staying in this student housing. It is absolutely very clean and very cozy. You can take advantage of many things (gym, laundry, study room, terrace on the ground floor etc ...) Moreover the staff working there is very down to earth and helpful. I really enjoyed staying there, the only fact that makes put 4 stars out of 5 is that the location itself is really BAD , San Francisco neighbourhood looks another city not Bilbao unfortunately :/ , then you can also hear a lot of noise if your room overlooks the main street. The price per month is also a bit too much but doesn't matter since what you pay is managed well!

Convenient location. Clean room. Good amenities. Multiple lifts for disabled access. Helpful staff. Unfortunate incident during check-out process, when luggage stored in store room was unable to be retrieved in time to catch AVE train due to inadequate staffing during staff lunch break. This resulted in further expenses incurred in renting and driving a car overnight to travel to Barcelona. Following correspondence with management, the organisation reimbursed the cost of the missed train tickets and car rental expenses. Would rate 4 stars if not for incident, otherwise recommended for future stays and honest delivery of service in rectifying the error.

Very nice and clean hostel. I had a single room, with little bath, and even kitchen with all the necessary stuff. The breakfast was included, however the price was really low. Service good. Reasonable variant for business trip.

😠 1 month stay was cancelled on day of arrival through booking system, never contacting me. They don't answer emails nor messages after booking. Hang up on me on the phone first time when I asked if they would speak English. 2nd try very difficult and unfriendly conversation but was promised that book...
