The room was clean and perfectly functional. However, the noise from other rooms and apartments in the block was terrible: you could hear footsteps, televisions, music etc very clearly.

Everything was fine about this hotel except for the check-in process we were asked to check in online which really didn't suit us a better process would be appreciated it was stressful wondering whether we would be able to check in or not we had to check in at a different location to the hotel. All we needed to know was that location and the times we could check in rather than the palava of online check-in or sending our passport photos. Also once we had finally been given the location to check in and had checked in we found it hard to find the hotel a little map given to us where we checked in would have been helpful

We rent a room in this Pension in the heart of the old town, perfect to visit by feet all the city. The room and the restroom were very clean. There is not elevator as in all old houses. The street under is very popular and full of bars and restaurantes so it's full of people until 1 am. It's very safe als for women that are alone.

Such a great little hotel in an amazing location and with super helpful staff. Was not expecting the quality of the room and services to be this good for the little price paid. Very positively surprised and highly recommend for a long weekend in Bilbao.

Queda a 10 minuts caminant del pàrquing més proper. A més, es va espatllar la caldera d'aigua i van trigar més de 18 hrs en arreglar-la. Hi han millors opcions a Bilbao pel mateix preu.

Staff at the hotel was very very friendly and made us feel at home. There was a little coffee and tea room which could be used. The rooms were VERY clean and neat. The location is near to the Riberia Market, which we found very helpful in times where you need to look for your 'hotel' and was close to the brigde. It is about 1.9km from the Guggenheim Museo. You can hear the people on the streets talking and also people in the other rooms (if and when they are a bit loud) but it wasn't so loud that it was bothering us. I would recommend this place to anyone who aren't afraid of a little bit of walking- as it is quite far from the airport bus stop.

Nice clean room, but way too much noise from the bars in the street. No proper sound insulation or what so ever.
