Good room in hotel set in an industrial area close to Bilbao's exhibition centre. 25 minutes walk along mainly industrial amd sometimes no-pavement roads to get to area with restaurants. Breakfast fine but basic, staff friendly.

We got an upgrade when we checked in. Fabulous room, massive bed. Very friendly staff. A bit out of Bilbao but the metro is e2 into town.

I have came to book a room for one night for one person. I am a pilgrim from Scotland. Unfortunately the receptionist tells me he is full... I have asked him to tell phone a hostel for me because my UK phone card is not allowing me to book another place. The receptionist here is very unhelpful and does not want to call a place for me . Please do not come here . This would not happen to a visitor to Scotland :(

If you need an hotel just to sleep, it do the job.

The location is right next to the shipyards area of Bilbao. Its far from everywhere, so you need a car to visit other places. The time we visited the city, there was a huge structure demolition right next to the hotel , which made the place look like a junkyard, full of debry and rubble, not to mention the noise that was constant during working hours. The building is in good condition, 3 star tops. The concierge speaks english, all other employees though, do not. The restaurant at the basement of the building, is a disaster zone.The place looks outdated , the waiter does not speak a single word of english and the food choises (we had dinner, late in the evening so everything else was not available) were 2 : 1.spaghetti with unknown sauce (waiter could not explain the ingredients) 2. some kind of a steak, which we made the mistake to order and proved to be a kind of wood plank that smelled like food. Could not chew or swallow it, so we left asap to get some pizza from a local store down town. The rooms are clean but super small and they have no balconies. The beds were comfortable and the airconditioning was satisfactory. At least, parking is easy in the area and the prices they charge are low ...

Don't know who had the idea to build hotel next to a trucking company as sometimes theres so much noise you cant sleep, they don't have normal pillows. Just an awfully experience

A lovely clean and peaceful hotel...great triple room for us as a family 👪 was perfect..great service and bar area. Food was good value and great offerings ..we went to salopena beach and was good to stay here x

We stayed here overnight before catching the ferry back to Portsmouth. The hotel is convenient for the motorways & easy to find using SATNAV. It's in an area that's being developed so is peaceful at night & was relatively quiet in the morning. The hotel is clean, light and airy. The rooms are large, nicely decorated & have fabulous beds. All rooms have a safe, free of charge to use, free WiFi & television. The bathrooms are also large & have excellent facilities. Throughout the hotel everywhere was spotlessly clean, bright & welcoming. We had a meal in the restaurant when we arrived & paid €13.50 for a 3 course set menu that included wine, water & soft drinks. The food was delicious & plentiful & the staff were attentive. In the morning we paid €6.50 each for an all you can eat buffet breakfast that included hot food, cold selections, pastries, cereal. Again the staff were attentive & friendly. All of the staff at the hotel were helpful & the English spoken was excellent. If you're in Bilbao for a city break this would be a perfect base. I will certainly stay here again next time we're in Bilbao.

A bit far from the center but in a quiet place

Nice spacious hotel room, staff was very friendly and welcoming. Very clean and tidy. Check in information indicated up to midnight but after calling in we were told there is always someone overnight which is a plus if you're running late.

Very spacious and clean room, comfortable bad. Quite at night. Very warm and hospital personnel. 5-7 minutes to metro, don't look to google map, road to metro is much better in real.

I like this hotel, i rate it 5* mostly due to kindness of the staff. They are nice, kind, always ready to help and most of them speak good english, i didnt have any trouble communicating. Room is quite nice, clean, everything works, only TV is a little small, but thats not really important. Dinners and breakfasts are delicious, you can choose among many delicious dishes. Location and the view however are not so good, it is in industrial zone, but at night it is quiet, no trucks or other noises, so you will have no trouble sleeping. Metro station is near, 10min walk, so as hotel during sightseeing it is perfect, i highly reccomend.

Although far from the city centre, Subway is close enough to forget about the car, with plenty of space to park it in front of the hotel.

Difficult to find in Bilbao area. No signs to identify Hotel, eccept around the side. Not what you need when pasding a non descript hotel that basically gives the impreddion of being part of the Navsl loadi g Port. Food basic. Breafast mediocre.

Clean & tidy. Staff on reception excellent food nothing to shout about, If hungry eat something.

The rooms are OK but the location is terrible, even though it's not that far from a metro station. There is absolutely nothing nearby and I wouldn't feel safe walking alone at night
