Taking in account that you get what you pay: 1. Good location. Right in the center of the old town and at 1 walking minute from the metro. There are some bars on this street so it can be quite noisy until they close. 2. There are no elevators. The room size was perfect for 2 persons. Good bathroom with a pretty decent water flow. The major problem was no AC, we had to keep the vent on all night. 3. Breakfast is not buffet, but we got latte, croissant, toasts and orange juice. Overall we had a good time.

Very helpful staff. They helped me sort out my lost luggage with the airline. Things like that make you stand out.

Basic accommodation but great location if visiting the old town area of Bilbao.

This hotel is in an excellent position in the old town, surrounded by tapas bars, which has a real buzz about the place. Rooms are clean, and staff friendly.

Family large room and the bathroom had decent size as well, though the layout was a bit strange and there was very little room in front of the toilet. Room was freezing cold when I arrived, but there was s blanket and the temperature was fine the second day, after I had turned on the electrical radiator... Walls are thin but it it was quiet at night-time and I got my best sleep in a hotel in a long time.

Very pleasent hotel in the old town of Bilbao. Nice location and surrounding. Rooms ok, clean and comfortable. Coffee is good, but breakfast could be better. Anyway, it is ok for the price.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The staff were friendly on arrival and the room was extremely clean throughout our stay. The air con doesn’t work great as it’s just a small fan, meaning the noise from the street from opening windows can be loud, however if you don’t mind the temp then noise is not a problem at all. The Location was unparalleled you Are so close to everything. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!

Pro: Great location, clean albeit small basic room, fluffy nice towels, noise from the street does not affect guests at all. Con: wifi signal barely there, glasses for water would be nice to have in the room, rather unbusy receptionist didn't care to help with taxi ordering when asked for help and handed in phone number saying taxi company probably doesn't speak English. Thank goodness for Uber (can't preorder an Uber in Bilbao)

Clean and functional but quite noisy as was facing the bars. Reception were friendly but don’t speak any English. Also ad to hostel said it included breakfast but it wasn’t open. Overall cheap and cheerful for what we needed.

Room clean and smart, decent towels, friendly service. No hot water for 2 out of the 3 days, they didn't seem surprised! Reception on first floor up an old stairway, shared with apartment residents. Great central location in old town but noisy enough, although cafes below close by midnight.
