I liked the looks of this hotel for the night before my family's early morning flight out of Bilbao. Unfortunately, when we arrived we were informed that they had a minimum age policy, and our 5 year old was below it! So at 8 PM, with less than 12 hours to go before our flight, we were turned away from the hotel, and given very little help to find an alternative. We had to work through 8 different hotels to find a place to stay, which we eventually did. This policy is located in the fine print on their web page, and there's no constraints keeping you from booking because they don't ask the age of your children. All in all, a really terrible customer service experience, despite a pleasant clerk who clearly felt badly about the situation.

Disgracefull abuse by the owner. We paid for a room for the night and received confirmation that it was possible to park the campervan for four further days. The staff allowed us to park in a shaded area near the stairwell outside while we packed bags ready for the flight the next day. The owner manager arrived and started abusing us as we were parked in "his" parking, which was 10m away and commences swearing at us... He even toreup the contract and only after continuous insistance did we get refunded The staff even commented he was frequently abusive.... Additional guests that had arrived gave us similar feedback of his abusive behaviour. I suggest you do not go to this hotel , but rather head to the holiday Inn next door which was a lovely experience.

A good hotel close to the airport. There is a free shuttle service, be sure to call when you arrive. The rooms are spacious, clean , and the beds and pillows very comfortable. Wifi is also free, and the speed is pretty good and uninterrupted. I didn't give 5 stars only because I like to have tea and coffee facilities in the room, also there isn't a restaurant for an evening meal, but saying that there is a restaurant only 50m away. The staff were also friendly and efficient.

The hotel seems to be brand new, 100% clean and has all the usual facilities including comfortable bed, WiFi and a breakfast starting as early as 4.45am! My stay got extraordinary through how the receptionist dealt with a cab driver that refused to accept credit card for payment. The highly professional lady allowed me to pay for the taxi ride by using the payment facilities at the hotel, checked me in and asked me to go to my room while she handled the taxi driver that started to get aggressive. “Don’t mess with my customer” describes my experience. The lady at the hotel went beyond what could be expected from her and really made me feel a valuable guest. I’ll stay at this hotel whenever I come back and would like to thank the mentioned lady and the other employees for outstanding service.

Air conditioning did not work. Room was unbearably hot. We had to open the window (barely cracks open) in a futile attempt to cool down the room which made it very loud due to the traffic outside. We barely got any sleep before our flight unfortunately.

For one night stand is not bad. They also have a shuttle from/to the airport which is very convenient. My only complaint is with the heater, the hotel control that so when we come in the room was frozen and later too hot.

The location is great for the airport, but it's really hard to get to Bilbao proper (the A2153 bus did the trick). The staff were amazing. Honestly they're really great. The shuttle to the airport was a godsend. The biggest issue we had was with temperature control. The air conditioning was "off for the season" and the room was 22.5 to 24 C (72 to 77ish F) overnight and it was pretty insufferable for us. I'm pretty sure this is a cultural difference/problem.

Das Hotel ist perfekt für eine Übernachung in Flughafennähe. Es bietet einen kostenlosen Shuttleservice an um zum Flughafen zu kommen. Einfach an der Rezeption bescheid sagen dass ihr zum Flughafen müsst. Der Shuttle fährt alle 10-15 Minuten. Es gibt im Hotel keine Möglichkeit etwas zu essen. Ein Automat wo man sich Snacks kaufen kann ist vor Ort dennoch kann man hier nur mit Münzen bezahlen. Ein guter Tipp, ich bin in das Hotel daneben gelaufen (50m) und dort bei einem Automat etwas gekauft da es hier möglich war mit Karte zu bezahlen. Das Zimmer war groß und sauber, das Personal sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

I walked 15 km to get to the hotel and was not allowed to book a room, because I didn’t have a creditcard. The manager was not present at the location and the front desk employee refused to call him. So I went to the holiday inn where I was warmly welcomed.

Called for a room. They do not allow kids under the age of 7… an AIRPORT hotel won’t allow kids under the age of 7. What a joke

I have to give two stars overall for several reasons. The rooms bathroom is open to the rest of the room and the shower is see through so definitely not to ideal to share the room or to have some privacy while showering. The lobby is ridiculously small to wait or hang out, there were some higher tables but not comfortable at all. There is literally nothing to do nearby and we ended up in the restaurant of the closest hotel for dinner. I would not rate my stay as comfortable overall.

The Hotel is very good 👍and very close to the Airport. When we came in we were greeted with a smile and a kind character by señor Urki. Who was very professional and up for a conversation. The rooms are beautiful, the beds are very comfortable and the shower is everything one could wish for. In the morning we were greeted by the morning shift also with kindness. And although we had a room without breakfast, she didn't make it a problem of making us a coffee. Which I needed badly. And last but not least. The have an airport shuttle service which will take you to the airport in about 2 minutes time. And now I am nice and early at the airport waiting for my flight ✈️. Extremely clean rooms with comfortable beds, one time airport shuttle starting from 5:10. Don't forget to book your shuttle much in advance so that some slots might gets full. There is a restaurant near to the hotel that serves high quality food with reasonable prices.

Hotel is great for accommodation that if you need to stay near the airport. They have shuttle service from airport to hotel. It ıs very practical. Breakfast and rooms vs. are not so good.

The location is convenient, both for the airport and for getting into Bilbao by car. The rooms are clean and shockingly quiet - great soundproofing - and the bed was comfortable. The front desk staff were pleasant and helpful, giving us parking tips in Bilbao and letting us check in a bit early. Minus one star for the small room and lack of tea/coffee facilities and mini-fridge.

When trying to cancel 10 hours after booking, the hotel refused. When trying to call (3 times), the receptionist hang up on you. Don’t go there

Rooms are big and new. Staff is friendly. They have a small bar where you can get a drink for a fair price. They also have a free shuttle service to the airport.

The hotel is close to Bilbao airport but it would be difficult to walk there. The hotel has a free shuttle and we only waited 5 minutes before it arrived to pick us up. It can also be booked for the return journey. The staff on the desk were friendly and efficient. The room and bathroom were a good size for this type of hotel. Breakfast was 6 euros (basic continental style) but fine for us. Would use this hotel again.

Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich, das Zimmer war sehr sauber und modern ( wie auf den Fotos ) Das Fenster ging auf Kipp zu öffnen ( wie in jedem Hotel) und der Fernsehr war wirklich gut zu hören mit Lautstärke 11 ;) Es gab Frühstück von 4:45-10:30 Uhr und im Eingang der Rezeption gab es auch einen kleinen Snack-Automaten . Ich würde jederzeit wieder kommen!

Airco not working, so opened window. Room is nice. You must pay 100 cash for deposit. Do not except amex. Booking does not notice that. Reception started discussing. Unfriendly female staff.

Convenient hotel. Parking available and free shuttle service from the hotel to the airport. Room was very nice. Comfortable bed, large bathroom and interesting design of the room.

Quite possibly the comfiest, cleanest and quietest hotel I’ve ever stayed in! The breakfast is okay, nothing to shout home about. We did have a slight misunderstanding with the shuttle and baggage storage, but everything was resolved and we left feeling relaxed. Would like to see water, an iron and a mini fridge in the room.

Hotel is very clean and comfortable, receptionists very helpful and friendly. Stayed only overnight before an early fligt, so I don’t know about the breakfast.

Very overpriced, didn’t include breakfast either. Aircon could only be changed between a few degrees and the handle on window was removed so could not open. Asked could they dry my clothes, no. Asked could I leave my bag there for few hours on day of checkout, no. Not very helpful

Hotel does not store your luggage not even for few hours. It’s disappointing.

What kind of (non-resort) hotel doesn’t allow children at all? Catering to business travelers is one thing, but such a policy is facially discriminatory and comically absurd.

We had multiple bad experiences with the staff. At airport called for shuttle to hotel.. Was advised the shuttle couldn't come to the hotel. Person gave me a different number to call to take a taxi which was 10 Euro. At check-in, front desk worker told us that they did have a shuttle and that I probably called the wrong hotel. Morning breakfast was awful and was 8 Euro. Even if you just wanted coffee it was 8 Euro. Not sure how long they had been recycling this food. While we waited 1/2 hour for ride to airport. We only saw 2 people eat there.
