Stale bread. Fatty limp bacon. Sparse browning limp lettuce and a single 1/4 slice of tomato. The small fries and pepsi, were OK, but in no way is it worth the €10 spent. Would be much better off buying something on board.

A good place to have a coffee or eat a delicious sandwich while waiting for your flight. Nice staff. Recommended 100%

PANS &company, peró el pa era tou

Pans and Company is a Spanish fast food chain. This means that expectations should not be too high although the brand is better than others such as Burger King. This venue near gate 1 at Bilbao has a pleasant well lit seating area with plenty of space. Coffee is adequate and much cheaper than Starbucks. Note that you can have beer as a drink option with a menu.

The publicised sandwich was not what I got. Furthermore, I was travelling with a vegetarian who asked if there was anything for them, to what the staff answered there was a tuna sandwich. When noted that food with fish or meat isn't vegetarian they started arguing, and even said "some people are more radical than others". Shameful attitude from the staff.

Year 2018: restaurants (or staff who works on a restaurant) who still doesn't know the difference between vegetarianism, veganism or people who doesn't eat fish or meat. Arguing staff, bad attitude, rude questions and intrusive. 13:30 - 27/07/2018

Standard formula, not the best branch. Staff uninspired and not attentive to customers. Food pretty good, prices too high.

Coffee like 30 years ago, when you couldn expect good coffee at major hubs. Clean spot, bored out staff.
