I can’t recommend going there! The waiter was really rude and put extra items on the bill which we did not have. I’m pretty sad I went there.

Prices were pricey and food/coffee was below average. Staff was at least friendly, attentive and it was the only place opened on a Sunday morning when I visited.

Probably the worst croissant I’ve ever had, washed down with a watery imitation of coffee. The orange juice must be made from coca leaves, because they charge €4 for it.

This is by far the best coffee we have had in Bilbao... extremely hot and strong. Please disregard the bad comments below since the do not reflect the reality. Price is just a little more than other establishments but totally worth it. Also the owner is the person that serves and is super friendly...

I didn't have a good moment in the café. The coffees are too sweet and miss "coffee" in the beverage. There are too much sweetened condensed milk and whipped cream. So a way too much expensive for this reason. It is a shame because churros are very good. Hot, crisy and a little bit salty. They take too much time to take the order... a good point is that's well located in the city.

The coffee here costs 30% more then in all the other places in old town, not sure about the beers. Best is just to go another bar with more ambiance and better prices.

We were 10 people from neighbouring country(!) and only asked if we could move the tables inside to sit together. The waiter (or whatever you can call that person) said no, we didn't even say anything against it — just sat separately. Asked for 4 portions of choco churros, the guy just put it in one plate. Okay, we asked to separate it in 4 actual plates, and he just gave these plates to us, pretty rudely by the way. Churros were like your deep fried crunchy potato with too liquid chocolate (in other words "disgusting") It's a shame the guy is too old to see all these reviews, and it is a shame we haven't seen the reviews before coming in, as well as asking the prices — no menu available, waste of money. Also dirty tables. Sad experience :/

Rip off Some Rabas were cold - so they must have found them as left overs. They simply mixed them with some new ones.

EXTREMELY RUDE! The waiter (working Wednesday 19 August) is a rude little man on a power trip. Pediré la hoja de reclamaciones online.

I really don't understand the low average review score. When I lived here ( 10 years ago) I was a regular customer and during my annual visit I always enjoy my breakfast here. Fresh orange juice, perfect tortilla de cebolla and great coffee.

The chocolate is a must try. Churros is crisp and fluffy inside, comfort food material. Pizza tastes pretty nice, and the cheese is astonishing

A,bit on the steep side but the hospitality sector needs all the help it can get, so don't begrudge it.

Had breakfast there, food was OK, the guys that work there friendly and attentive. The decoration is eclectic. I think the prices are too high for the things you get, there are better deals in town. Guess you pay for the location.

Just Don't Go!!! Worst cafè I've ever been -they say there is no menu available (so you don't know the prices) - they didn't clean the table - we waited for 10 minutes for 2 tostadas and then 15 Min more for the cappuccinos.... La Cuenta.....13,50 € ....completely invented prices....
