Very good price/quality option when visiting Bilbao. I am a female solo traveller and this hotel is located in a safe area, supermarket Eroski is located just across the road. Also many bars and restaurants around. The hotel is located at about half an hour walking from the Guggenheim Museum. The train stop "autonomia" is located at 2' walking distance and there are several bus stops around. The main bus station, Bilbao Intermodal, is located at about 8' walking distance, where there are good connections to the airport (3 EUR one way, ever 15' and other national destinations) The hotel offers (you pay 15 EUR extra for it) early check in/late check out (if available!) which was a great option for me as I travelled late at night and could still use the room until 5pm. The hotel rooms are nice, tidy and small but enough for 1 or 2 people. Everything you need is there. Daily service. The breakfast is a good option (you pay 7.50 EUR) but many nice places around the hotel where you can have breakfast. The staff is super friendly and multilingual. During my stay I heard many languages. very helpful staff too. The check in was quick and smooth, so was the check out. I do recommend this hotel as the price/quality is great! I would stay here again!

Went here as stated parking on website. Paid and got there to find out was no parking available. They told me to leave my car at the bus station about a 5 minute drive away and gave me a map to find my way back as was first time been to bilbao. Room was good though, very clean and modern. Small but what you get with budget ibis.

Stayed in many ibis / ibis budget / ibis styles in Western Europe cities for decades. This is so far the most comfortable comparing to the price you paid for. Even it’s compact in anyway but with comfort tune. September 3 nights stay breakfast included. l like the service from the front desk staff greeting and also the staff checking the breakfast. Tortilla is a surprise even without scrubbing eggs. Daily cleaning. Room design in budget detail for everything you need for a room. And location location location for National / international bus station - tram station - subway. Located in a residential area where there’s supermarket / bar-restaurants nearby. I prefer in this neighborhood than old town anyway it’s not that far by metro or walking.

Good hotel to visit Bilbao, 30 mins of walking to the old center or just a few tram stops. The staff is very friendly, even providing us with tourist information! The rooms were clean and breakfast was good even with some Spanish specialties. If you're traveling by car, mind to book a parking space as it might not be available on your arrival.

We expected a budget hotel but what we got was an excellent hotel, welcoming, extremely clean, well designed, comfortable and very cheerful. Everything about our stay here was faultless and would not hesitate to stay here again. We are travelling on to Ibis Valencia and hope our dogs and ourselves are again pleasantly surprised. Trendy hotel. Room space is tight. Difficult for big luggage🧳. Services at the reception counters are excellent 👍. The location is great. The daily parking fee in the hotel is expensive tough. Tight corner at the basement parking. The breakfast spread is good.

Neat hotel near the bus station. All main attractions are within a walking distance. The room planning is reasonable but rather tight. Unfortunately you should not expect much privacy. The reception is very friendly and professional.

Ver small rooms , wash basin next to the bed and shower door opens to the room. Clean and nice staff. Location is not so central but if you like walking it's 20 mins from main attraction by foot.

Having missed a ferry in santander had to get to Bilbao for Ferry early next day arrived in Bilbao late at night .got a room for me and 2 dogs .have a good sleep in clean room .a good breakfast and got the early morning Ferty to uk .Thank you Ibis hotels Bilbao .

I was unable to sleep at 2 am and wandered over to reception where the friendly woman on staff made me a hot cup of milk and refused to take payment. I found her kindness very touching.

Walkable to town and very close to bus station. Rooms were small but newly kitted out so great value. Reception very friendly and efficient. All good.

The superior double was large enough and came with an electric kettle/tea. They have a bike rack on the ground floor for 5 or 6 bikes.

Had a really pleasant stay. Positives: Comfortable bed, clean room, quiet, free wifi, TV, plenty of plugs to charge. Staff was very kind. For the hairdryer ask at the reception. Negatives: The room was very small, but at least functional. Toilet door not sound proof. No fridge. Only one key was received, although 2 people checked in. No free parking. The hotel underground parking lot maxed out at 7 cars, even that was 20eur. We could at least find street parking at 7mins walking distance further out the city (white line marked parking spaces are free).

Great experience here. Very affordable, the staff was super nice and accommodating, and the location was good. Paper thin bathroom door wasn't a favorite feature but not a dealbreaker. It's a budget hotel but it's a really really good budget hotel.

Very pleasantly surprised. We didn’t even know there was such a thing as a 1* rating so we fully expected to be checking out on arrival , however, it was immaculately clean which is the most important factor & the beds were comfy . Would highly recommend if looking after the pennies 👍

The Hotel is close to Bilbao intermodal bus station which you can get to from the airport within minutes. Rooms are small but clean and calm. Breakfast is correct. The hotel staff was welcoming.

The location is central and only a 5-minute walk from the bus station. The room is reasonably furnished, but the bathroom door lacks a lock and is transparent. ibis should consider improving privacy.

Great front desk welcome, nice food and good all around service. Only issue I had was the room was very small and didn’t like the fact the shower wasn’t in the bathroom but in the room.

I spent one week in this hotel and it was a great choice. Service was friendly and helpful and location was perfect, with a train station right next to it and a metro station very close by. Also the terminal to go to the airport (termibus) is very close, and it is not too far from the football stadium. The room was nice but small (for a week) and lacks some solutions for storing or hanging up clothes. The window of my room was also a bit broken (although I could open it and close it) but the recepcionist said that that week there would be some general maintenance in the hotel. I would go back.
