As the name implies it's a pensión. A no frills hotel, no eatery, only a drinks machine with vile coffee and a microwave guests can use. It's a hard steep climb from the river.

Very very good. The location is superb, the room and bathroom are very well maintained, and look recently refurbished.. The folks at the front desk are really good (hi guys), and there is parking right in the building. On the location, it's just across the river from the guggenheim, so super close. Go up the bridge, cross over and you're there. :-) Highly recommend this hotel.

Good for the price, it doesn't serve any food, but there are shops around the hotel, a microwave on the ground floor, and a vending machine.

Made a reservation at this hotel specifically for the parking. Sent an email to make a reservation to get a spot in the parking as requested cause we had stuff in our car we wanted to keep safe. It’s only when we got there that they told us no spots where available!!! Not professional. Not recommended. (Also they don’t have air conditioning and it is really hot in there !! Run!)

Overall que price was good for what we got, considering that we are talking about Bilbao. The staff was fine but the room was not exactly clean (one of the towels was dirty) and it wasn't properly maintained (the toilet lock was somethimes obstructed and the shower curtain was broken). We could hear absolutely all sounds from the street since the winfow wasn't properly isolated. Free simple breakfast was offered, although we had to clean the coffee cups that were dirty.

Well... The location of the hotel is good, it's near the center of the city but it's on the top of a Hill where after do It 3 times walking per day It Will become in a problem. The service is good. Workers are very nice. The hotel offers a siggle breakfast to every body. It''s a kind detail but there is only coffe , milk , tea , and some sweets biscuits. In general the hotel is a good and a clean place. Workers are kind and the price per night is good. So tottaly worth!!!

Very basic but clean and comfortable. Easiest way to access from the river is via the lift hidden to the left of the entrance to the funicular railway.

Cheap, nice bathroom and nice beds. Good location as well. Although they don't make the beds each night.

Please do not stay in this hotel at all cost. The rooms is s*** dirty. We found used condoms under the bed and Don't like english or irish and when we ask to change rooms he told us that if we give him extra money he could change the room it was the worst hotel I've ever been to I've stayed in hostels better than that hotel
