Do not book this hotel. We had a terrible experience this May during our stay there. The rooms were not clean, the staff was argumentative and worst of all, they overcharged us in the final bill and it took many days of arguments for them to initiate the refund. Good party hall & decoration. My nephew's Mundan party over there..good atmosphere & service by the hotel. Hall is good for 150-200 people approx, not more than it. Food was good in taste & staff was humble. But single washroom is available for men & same for women. It was not clean. Parking is good but not spacious. All over i rate it 4*.

Had a family function at the hotel. In a few rooms there were no towels provided nor any proper shower kit, neither there was any doormats at bathroom. Room 102 has a broken shower. And most importantly there are things which the hotel has to Keep within its cognizance only there is house keeping to deal with. Not everything needs to be shared with the 3rd person. Overall just an okay type swanky hotel and truly a bit over priced . Just basic food served (near to bland).

Impeccable service. Courteous staff & appetizing starters and dessert. Starters had a persistent taste. "Main Course was average, not as starters". It would have been a more amazing experience, if the main course were better.

We stayed in the hotel for 4 days for my sister's wedding. Had an amazing experience. The rooms were spacious and good, washrooms clean and service par excellence. The makeup studio at the hotel offered us a great service (bridal makeup and party makeup) and the entire staff of the hotel is very kind and hardworking. I highly recommend the hotel for hosting any kind of family event and also for staying while visiting Lucknow. Would love to come back to the staff' amazing hospitality. I have a late train and need to passtime 3 hours in summer. Thanks to brevistay having facility of booking nice hotels for short stay. Staff behavior was very professional and rooms were spacious, neat and clean. I got a nap and refreshed for further travel. Nice experience, will definitely look for this if ever came to lucknow again.

It was Nice Experience. Celebration my Daughter's 1st Birthday. Banquet was very nice and decoration was very beautifully done by Mr sekhar. Every one praised it. The Best part I like is the communication and collaboration of all Hotel members. Especially Mr Gyanendra sir, Mr Bajpayi, Mr Raj Kamal and Nisha Mam. It was a good hotel. Its rooms are good. I have organised a party there but the service was very much delayed although I will appreciate staff behviour that was good and food was also good, tasty and hygenic. Guard is also good Good decorations and all. Sufficient space for parties Neat and clean toilets. But the food service is delayed my all guest has inconvenience for the delayed service of food They were waiting for the food to come So I will suggest to go there for the rooms parties and all but ya remember to take care that they give you fast services. Also they denied to open the gate which is nearest to the senior citizes Actually In party one of the person is 70+ and unable to walk and the car was stopped near to the gate which was locked but the assistant manager denied to open that gate so he don't have any sympathy for the senior citizens.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing allowed us to check in early at like 10am. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown

It is really nice hotel with excellent services. They have recently started a makeup studio . I was the first customer and they had given me a best makeup services. The makeup artist (Nidhi) is perfect in her profession. Last but not least Mr. Avinash Singh ( Operational Manager) was so cooperative and his management was awesome .

I attended a roof top engagement ceremony. It was a nice arrangement but lacked some basic amenities like there was no carpet for floor. Also the space felt quite congested. Otherwise the decorations were good. Overall, it’s a decent place for smaller ceremonies.

A very cozy and well-maintained room for the price. The toilet was slightly unclean in my room. The service and house keeping staff were all helpful and polite. It's very close to the airport, so a great place to crash if you need to stay close.

I Have booked this hotel for my engagement but trust me this was a very bad decision I have taken. Overall Very bad experience. Very pathetic service at the time of fooding which I have received after function from the guests. Served cold food very unprofessional staff. They don't have capacity to do 2 functions Parrlelly but they booked 2 functions and not able to manage. Lifts were use to transport food from kitchen to floors which are booked for functions, also all the foods were exposed to open air and it was placed at the floor of the lift to transport. People were not getting towels in rooms towels are taking 2-3 hrs to reach the room. They have given the hall late and started reminding to vacate hall on time in the evening also Cleaning was not proper. Thaey have given confidence in start but after function I have felt that they are getting these feedbacks daily but dont want to take correctives. Overall ok to do function but if you want to create a good memory please avoid.

This hotel doesn't deserve a 1 star rating. They add soil and concrete in the Poha they serve for breakfast. The sambhar was so tangy and when we complained to the chef, he said that this is how the sambhar is made and didn't accept our suggestion/ complaint. The hotel staff placed a broken tile on the broken floor right in front of my room no. 312 due to which I fell down and got injured. Overall I didn't like the hotel and the food.
