Best lines from burger king marketing team: "Why eat with a clown, when you can eat with a king." Well i personally prefer to eat with clown(McDonald's) as it has more options to choose from. Burger king feels a bit light on pocket for sure and has above average quality and taste. Must visit if you haven't yet. Also they give complimentary hat to the kids so if you are with a kid don't forget to get him/her a 'king crown' hat.

Located within food court of DB Mall opposite Gwalior railway station. I have always loved they make their burgers scrumptious and their Mutton whooper is just cherry on the cake, make it a double patty and its enough for a complete meal. Recommended Double patty mutton whooper.

For the last 3 months I was observing reviews about you, which are not very encouraging to pay any visit. But nevertheless I managed to visit u today to get a whooper. To my surprise, after getting my order placed, I saw almost everybody had some issues regarding their orders. Staff seemed clueless, hopeless, running around trying more to correct issues then competing orders. I have visited scores of your outlets across India, but frankly speaking this is the worst product i ever had. Irrespective of paying for extra cheese I got a single slice and a number of essential ingrediants are missing. It was surprising to see customers were instructing the cooks to add the ingredients that they have paid for. It seems that u people are taking full advantage of your brand and availability. Please upgrade your standards before it is too late.

Burger king is best place to eat , its affordable its quick and food here is tasty af, do try there wraps they are amazing and don't forget to eat peri peri fries

Burger King counter staff at DB mall, refused to give me only Cheese Hi Fries and told me that it can only be delivered when it's a meal combo. I wonder how can someone justify it, when I require fries only why to I have to take a full meal.

See This place is not to be Compared to McDonald's... Rest have Fun with the dishes.. One bad thing is that U must have all the options to be ordered on the store...Becoz there are some items that can only be through the App...

The worst managed burger King in india... Randomly removing mi order from queue and also not apologizing for same .. snatching bill from my hand to shamelessly ending interaction.. making me wait for 10 to 20 minutes without a single apology just to make his turnaround time look good

They don't take orders for small value and force us to take combos or large value offer And are so blunt in giving replies that you won't like to hear the replies They talk as if we are doing a sin if ordered a single burger Very bad staff of burger King gwalior Or some or the other day they will ask that do only in cash payments As online payments not working. And if you will buy whopper then they will say that we don't have this or that ingredients

An amazing atmosphere out there, just love the interior, and the taste. All of the stuff's are okay okay there. Service is good and price's are bit high but overall it's awesome for family, friends as well as couples. Just love the taste. Every single thing out there is delicious. Good quality burgers

They have medium sized cold drinks available but they will tell you that they only have large cold drinks available and it will cost you extra bucks... Not a good service from the well known brand like burger king..disappointed. Guys be aware of this scam.

If i had the option for negative rating i wud have surely given that . They just don't take order from regular burgers. Even i oderdered whooper but they denied they forcefully with a arrogant expression said u have to order meal. Why can i know why meals if I m the only person eating n hv this much quench only. Worst service! Arrongant business tactics and greedy behaviour.

Bought burger combo and it was delicious but they forgot to put cheese slice and burger was not hot. But I ignored this for this time and will try burger from them again. If they serve cold burger again I will not visit this place again.

The restaurant staff will try to upsell on almost all orders. Orders without meal are frequently denied and the combos and meal options are forced onto the customers

Burger King is American multinational company keeping that in mind the portion sizes are not satisfying the American standards. It is the fact that Americans have big portion size than the Europeans and the Asians but please try to fix it. This was the only reason why a gave it a less star, service quality is amazing, everytime I ordered my hamburgers they were hot & fresh! Taste is awesome as expected. And please try to add more flavors to whoppers that's also something I wanted to add on. Rest everything is fabulous! I can't comment on dine in facility cause I never been there. At last keep it up and make our national food become popular here too🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲

They dont have a regular crispy veg burger anytime you always have to order big meals but if you order same thing from delivery you will easily get a crispy veg burger and everything they have the worse service

I ordered 6 burgers but I got only 3 burgers instead of 6, after that I was trying to connect with burger king team but they were not picking up my phone, I was continuously trying to reach them for about 30 minutes After 30 mins one of the member from burger king picked up my call and he did not help me and was very rude instead they accept their mistake they was arguing with me and blaming the delivery boy for this…!!!
