Worst service ever experience, 1 and half year complete still this people are ordering parts for my bike, my bike meet with accident , insurance clammed now 7months pass still my bike at this showroom they don’t have parts ,and asking me to pay 59k , no one from showroom giving commitments, hardly any showroom should take 15days for repairing, this peoples are giving very worst service, after 6 complements and 80times visit to showroom they just open my bike and keep inside service center, no update no status ,no one is answering call, bike started rusting, who will be responsible for this? Bad service I ever seen ,no proper mechanic to solve major problems,poor skill mechanics and hospitality also if you call them for update they doesn't give any response. poor mechanic can't even understand the problem and how to solve they took bike for minimum 2 day if have tvs bike then go another service centre for better service and good experience .

Worst showroom in alibag i bought tvs ntorq xp edition on laxmipujan 04/11/2021 delivery experience was ver bad after 2 two days sound coming from clutch side on 7 th nov 2021 i show that problem to showroom they open engine clutch cover & put grase and told me problem solve after 30 km same nose start yesterday when i go showroom mr nitesh told me to come today 10 am today when today morning reach showroom nobody answering & told come 4 pm worsr service dont buy any bike from this showroom

Very ghatiyaa Service.. I purchased Ntorq last year, within two days some voice was coming from engine... After so many followups they got it repaired. So what they checked before delivery. OK that's fine.. I forgot everything.. Today I.e 24.01.2023 (I never did servicing from these showroom except 1st) on first servicing also they didn't wash the vehicle, Chalo OK that is also OK. On last Saturday 21.01.23 I gave my vehicle for paid service @ 4800km, battery issue occurred, self was not working. Today they delivered me the vehicle, I thought the problem has been resolved, but same problem again and the height is today also no wash of vehicle. They called me yesterday that is your Vehicle is ready u may take it.... I request all who r reading don't buy TVS vehicle ...very very Ghatiyaa Service to customers n no words I have...

I purchased my Jupiter three years ago from them. Excellent service and after service. Never have they missed to remind me of my services, insurance due. Recently I again got an antorq for a family member. Amazing vibe apart form the dedicated staff.

On 2nd March 2023 I bought jupiter 125 from TVS at Alibaug Navneet, the Scooty was running well over all. On 1/5/2023 the Scooty was given for first servicing, and after getting the Scooty for servicing, the scooty started making noise like something moving in the front side and The scooty is getting harder to drive than before and another sound like tick-tick has been mixed in the engine sound! That means the condition of the scooty before servicing was good but after servicing the car seems to have some kind of problem!...

Worst ever service in alibag..if someone goes to service a bike there is common problem they take engine oil charges but never replace it thats why all the scooters block piston have to changed after first service..i also changed my N-torque block piston after 1st free service. And now my friend also purchase a jupiter 125 there is also same problem they didn't changed engine oil but they charged for it. @Navneet TVS manager or head please look personally in this type of problems.

We booked TVs Jupiter in April and took in May month of 2022. But in October month our Jupiter front light and backside left , right signal is not showing. Even horn button is not work. And, On the start engine button the Jupiter is not starting we need to kick it very time. So we brought here at showroom to do servicing at 8.30am but even at 12pm our two wheeler in not yet ready. There servicing in not good at alot. Very worst servicing.

Great place if you are looking to buy TVS two wheeler The service centre is located right behind their showroom so no need to go anywhere else The staff is well trained and service is at point. Do ask for test ride if you want to Kudos tvs!

Very bad customer service .. not even eligible for a single star rating ... They don't value our time .. there are no skilled workers ..... For single small work they take 4 to 5 days .😡😡.... After all this trouble service cost is also very high. Note : if you value your time please don't buy bike from here ..... 🙏

I bought Apache RTR 200 4V from this dealer, I got real good service and deal. I would recommend you this dealer if you want to but TVS bike or scooter.

Amazing service and quick response. I’m a traveler and had a broken air filter and had to change the oil, the response for my issue was spectacular. The people were very helpful. The service station was extremely hygienic and the workers were also quite fast. Had a great experience, better than my home town. The spare part warehouse had almost everything i needed to change. Would definitely recommend this place.

5 star rating for sales staff. But worst experience with one of the staff member who purchased TVS Ntorq latest model(Super squad Thor edition) for self and refusing to show this model to customers. They dont have another bike to show.

Worst service center do not go for paid servicing as they only master in oil change other than that they are zero My bike having problem from last 1 year still only they can do oil change

No discipline. First come first serve system for servicing is nothing but failure. It took 2 hrs to get in my Jupiter for servicing. They ignored my suggestion of phone booking multiple times. Manager is always unavailable. Update: Everyone is working here should learn some manners and ethics about how to talk to a customer. I wonder who is the recruiter of these arrogant, smug and over-smart employees who don’t value the time of customers. I hope this pathetic dealership and service centre closes soon.
