Ever since Dream Honda has closed down, these people have started behaving like a monopoly. The customer is treated like a beggar with a bowl. Worst ever customer service and response of their service engineers. I had taken Insurance from them with cashless option. But when I actually went for repairs, they flatly refused to cover the repairs under cashless. I had to goto a local garage for repairs under cashless. Second time, I went for AC repairs but the service engineer rudely told me that since car was repaired outside, they will not entertain my request anymore. When I insisted, he informed me that I will have to leave the car and it will take at least one week to repair the AC. I own two Honda cars City and Jazz but since there is no other option in Surat for service, I have decided that I will never again purchase a Honda car in future. My sincere advice to anyone who wants to purchase a Honda car in Surat is to first check out the service center before taking the decision. With their pathetic customer care, the whole experience of owning a luxury or premium car is a huge disappointment. A BIG NO TO LANDMARK HONDA FROM MY SIDE!

Pathetic service, never ever trust these people.. local garages are much better than them.. Firstly they added 2000 extra in the bill and when asked to correct rather than correcting they asked us to bear those charges because they were lazy enough to get the bill corrected. Then after a fight of one week we got our car and that was not enough, they stole our car cover and bluntly refused to accept it. Even the working is very bad, not even near to Honda standards. Behaviour of the staff is rude. Never ever go to this agency. Honda should really check what is happening in their agencies and improve.

Not Good Service. I have Honda Amaze 2013 and My Service experience was Bad in Landmark honda. I buy this car from Honda Landmark , but regular Car service is Not Satisfied.

WORST SERVICE. No parts availability, showing monopoly ego, false promises and always trying to looting the clients. Surat needs new honda dealer. Worst services for such a large company. Shows new expenses at day of delivery. Behaving like small road side garage.

Spare part not available in local market and also not give from service station as honda policy. Don't buy honda car. They charging high on Spare parts. Also landmark honda dealer not good. Landmark service wronst than tata, mahindra and even Nissan.

They send recommendations for insurance companies saying we have tie-up with these and all but, when we try to claim insurance, they directly denied for cashless saying we don't have tie-up with this company etc etc... Would never suggest anyone to fall under their talks. Regretting to be a Honda landmarks customer!!!

Don’t know if they even provide the original parts when you purchase new car. Tyres didn’t even last for 12000 kms and battery didn’t even lasted for 1 year and company says we don’t have any policy for this you have to get it changed by your own. That too in their main segment honda city 5th gen

Worst!! worst people in services…they stole my money from the car, they even opened up envelopes in my car, they even stole 10rs coins from the car… worst people, please go to another service center or somewhere else, and their response was pathetic, they said it is your responsibility to check, yes it is my responsibility but I genuinely forgot to collect those money.

I have sent my car twice to the service centre but they still couldn't change a simple tail-light bulb in 2months. They don't have parts available and are interested only in doing high-value works. Worst customer service. Wouldn't visit even they provide free service.

Sad to see Honda india condition reflected through showroom. Ambience: Clean, however misses the Car showroom vibe against competitors. Still holds Honda Civic poster which was discontinued long back. Staff: Helpful with relevant information, however seems to have little to no update on product launches. Models: Inquired about Honda City HEV, No display car available, No Test drive available and no one has a clue of availability of same. Disappointed to see after using Honda Cars for more than 10+ Years... Seems Honda is going Ford Way....

There's no problem with dealer, All the Owner of Honda cars facing the same problem at Service station. Why you not Change the agency for service. Why you believe to loot the people. Worst service station.

Free car service after selling the car is worts ever I seen, in the name of service just washing the car no proper problem check, just interested in paid service.
