The location📍 is excellent Sufficient paid parking space is available outside Staff are politely and professional Food was quite good by quality It was delivered on time Hygienic is maintained. The only negative factor is the dining space is smaller in comparison to the crowd which makes us to wait until other tables get vacant . Overall, this is one and one only Branch in navsari. But it's to good 👍and recommended.

Completely sucked. Taste, proportion and sauces changed to worst, the only thing constant is the name that's it😞,if you're increasing the price then let the quantity remain same, decreasing the quantity the price the same, not both... Updating the review after a year, ridiculous, gave 2 star last year now it's 1, the content of stuffed garlic bread and veg parcel were reduced, they have almost reduced 20-25% in size and amount of sauce from the actual launch, now it's just ordinary taste, this is not dominos it feels like a local shop...

Delicious taste every pizza in veg. ... great and fast service.. excellent quality of food.. you can even find desert here such as choco lava cake, brownie and more .. varieties in pizza.. Must try the pizza mania menu.. But of expensive but taste is unbelievable..

first it was good , but yesterday when i ordered pizza it almost took 50 minutes to deliver. while my home is only 5 to 7 minutes far from Domino's it took 30 minutes just to deliver . garlic breadsticks and lava cake were good . while cheesy mania pizza was way to dry. and veggie paradise pizza cheese and topping were stuck on top of box so , i had to ask them to replace it. tried to contact there store , called them 7 time all time phone was busy. when raised consern , they said they couldn't reach my phone while it was on and in coverage what a lame excuse, when delivery person call their phone connects but after that its not.. the replacement pizza was too sausy and way to tangy not like their usual taste. way too much disappointed, they brought down quality of their food . if you charge high for something at least give them quality and taste.

The best taste with the worst place. No cleanliness. Washrooms are under maintenance from last 12 month and much more always running taps in washrooms, waste of water. The taste is good but the place and cleanliness is worst. I have seen many dominos restaurants but this one is the dirtiest.

Not very clean. Simple cleaners to wipe clean tables , walls etc would make this place palatable. Surprised that international domino would allow this outlet to continue.

Hello mam/Sir, Today i ordered Pizza from Domino's (Navsari,Lunsikui, Gujarat, India) , my order no was 164, they didn't give me tomato ketchup, when I raised complain, they are telling me "it's not free cost i have to buy it for 1 rupees,and talking with me very rude, when I ordered Pizza, that time tomato ketchup option not came, Why Domino's not giving free cost tomato ketchup, ????

Very bad experience in domino's. I m regularly order in DOMINOS now he said we cant deliver your order at home so bad experience with sajid. So poor service.i told him m written a review on Google and also doing mail on your manager then he said do what u do.

I called to change my order, and no one picked up! finally, after it was made, they called me, and when I told them I wanted to change the pizza and that I was calling them, they started to attack me! that I should've called earlier, except I did call earlier. very disappointing dominoes.

I was waiting for a long time that when dominos will come in navsari but when it finally came I was totally mad I was like on the first or second day I eat pizza in dominos it was so amazing that I can’t say !!!! Best restaurant in navsari!!!!

Not as expected because Domino's its self is a huge name but it is not as other metro cities' Domino's . Even floors are not cleaned well sometimes. When i visited last time there was not even cups to drink water. You can get better quality pizza, great service at better rate in other restaurants.

Order placed. Incorrect garlic bread served. Showed them bill and they refused to accept fault. This happened 12pm Monday 30 Oct This has happened on 2 occasions now. Staff arguing with customer very poor attitude. You wouldn’t get away with this bad attitude in the UK, US or Canada Never ever going here again. In Gujarati - bhan vagar na - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - I will not respond to your response. Attitude and service extremely poor, this review stays so people know what you are really like. As an NRI I am shocked at how poor customer service is in India. In the UK a member of Dominos would lose their job for speaking to a customer in a rude aggressive tone. You can have a western pizza franchise but it won’t run with Indian rudeness and attitude. You want to be better? Change your attitude and be warm, welcoming and friendly with customers.

Insufficient cleaning has been performed. The maintenance does not meet Domino's standards. The parking area poses significant hazards for both two-wheelers and four-wheelers.

Very Very worst experience of my life .. I have visited many dominoes franchises across the country bt I have never ever felt this kind of worst experience. Bad behavior of staff, No any facilities of washroom, No any cleaning..

The taste of pizzas were good but the crust was quite dey and chewy that i had to drink something over it to balance. Nothing more to point out, i had a decent experience with food atmosphere and hospitality etc.

The place isn't clean at all and its condition has been deteriorating. The ACs aren't working. The staff isn't responsive at all. Worst experience ever

Food of domino’s is as always good but service is ok ok not good not bad like that. Parking space enough for 10 car

On google it say's the store open's at 10am in the morning....but the staff after reaching there say's will start preparing order after 11....Please update time accordingly or update your staff accordingly

Not as per expectation, if you've experienced a better outlets in metro cities.!!! Just a small town and not as per quality food!!! The biggest concern is lack of customers and due to that, not the best pizza you will have !!! Also the stiffness of pizza 🍕 concerning fact!!! If you are a Domino's lover you should be li'l disappointed with the food you'll have!! So, if you want to have quick bite or quality pizza rather try La'pinoz Pizza 🍕 instead Domino's Pizza!!!

Best places for tasty pizza is Dominos. Base is superb crunchy. Veg overload is cheesey and very tastful. Breadstick also best.

Undoubtedly Domino's is one of the best fast food chains, but this doesn't quite get the standards right. I have tried pizza hut and Domino's in foreign countries and they have a crisper crust and better taste. Overall the staff behaviour is polite and cleanliness is upto the mark... 🤞

As always my first choice for having pizza. Good quality and quantity as they provide everywhere. It is situated in the centre of the city. As it was a Sunday I preferred takeaway option. They have 2 options in takeaway. 1. You can go inside and receive your order 2. They will send your order to your car parked outside. I took the 2nd option because of COVID situation. But they called me and asked me to get inside and receive. So 1 star less for the service. App is really laggy. Till i came home and finished pizza it was showing your order is under preparation…R

Really disappointed. Went to the shop and ordered 4 pizzas and 4 garlic sticks - paid for them. Then ordered a burger - money taken, no receipt given, my contact number not taken. Got home - no burger. We live about 15 kilometres away. Dominoes Navsari number is out of order. Rang main helpline - was told to go to the store to sort it out!
