Very nice place to visit in monsoon. You can stay in a hotel or in a tent for which you have to booked in advance. It's a beautiful view for nature lovers I highly recommend visiting early in the morning (i.e. before 9 a.m.)

The Gira Water Fall is a great spot to visit in the rainy season, in other sessions there is not enough water. Although there isn't a lot of water during our visit, the location is still wonderful for viewing the beauty of nature, and there are dozens of little food stands where you can buy handcrafted toys from nearby vendors.

Awesome place to say waterfall. They have developed the surroundings pretty good. Worth visiting the place. Though the parking space should keep in the consideration as on peak days there will be a huge problem of parking the cars. Overall a nice place to go and enjoy the scenery.

Great place to visit during monsoon season. The lush green hills, cascading waterfalls, and dense forests created a mesmerizing atmosphere. The trekking trails offered a thrilling adventure, allowing me to explore the stunning landscapes up close. The tranquility and serenity of Giradhodh made it the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of city life.

Avoid going here on a Sunday! Extremely crowded during weekends. The waterfalls are beautiful! Great place to watch sunset. Also the road to the parking lot is little narrow. Many people leave their cars on the main road and go inside walking.

We had a great experience visiting this place. Place was little crowded and we had some issue in getting proper parking place. You can get a wide range of handmade products here. A nice place for photography. Due to heavy rain and waterfall, it's not allowed to go nearer to the waterfall. There is a point to view the waterfall. One can sit with his/her partner and have quality time.

One of the best waterfall in Gujarat. We visited in December and still it has some water and beautiful view. One need to walk down for 500m around. There are so many shops on the wat where you can buy handcrafted items. Only thing is they should not allow shops after stairs so it won't block the view from the viewpoint.

Gira Waterfalls in Waghai, Gujarat, is a hidden gem! 🌿 Come to cost of visit...... 10β‚Ή per person for entrance 50β‚Ή per vehicle for Parking Its serene beauty is a nature lover's paradise. The journey to this pristine cascade is an adventure in itself. Trekking through lush forests, you'll be greeted by the mesmerizing sight and the soothing sound of water falling from a height. Plunge into the cool, refreshing pool at the base; it's pure bliss! 🏞️ Truly, a must-visit for anyone seeking tranquility amidst nature's grandeur.

Location is good but I don’t have feeling like I should visit it all time when I go to Saputara. You should take care while you visit this place since it’s risky. View is very good and it’s located in nice place surrounded by nature. Local authority won’t allow you to go and take a bath since it’s dangerous. You may find local shops where you can buy snacks and local items. Entry fee is 10 Rs per person, parking is 50 Rs for bus.

The Gira Waterfall is a stunning natural wonder located in the beautiful region of Gujarat, India. Firstly, the Gira Waterfall is situated in the dense forests of the Western Ghats mountain range and is surrounded by lush greenery and scenic views. Visitors often remark on the serene and peaceful atmosphere of the area, which makes it an ideal destination for nature lovers and adventure seekers alike. The waterfall itself is said to be one of the most breathtaking sights in Gujarat. The cascading water flows down from a height of around 75 feet and creates a mesmerizing pool at the bottom. The roaring sound of the water and the cool mist that rises from the pool provide a refreshing and invigorating experience for visitors. Visitors also have the opportunity to take a dip in the pool or go for a swim. The clear blue waters are said to be very refreshing and provide a welcome respite from the hot and humid climate of the region. In addition to the waterfall, the surrounding area is also home to a diverse array of flora and fauna. Visitors can spot a variety of birds, butterflies, and other wildlife in the dense forests, making it an ideal destination for nature enthusiasts. Overall, the Gira Waterfall is a must-visit destination for anyone traveling to Gujarat. With its breathtaking natural beauty, serene atmosphere, and opportunities for adventure and exploration, it's easy to see why this waterfall has become such a popular destination for both locals and tourists alike.

Gira Waterfalls- Waghai - Saputara, is a small but beautiful place worth a visit during monsoons. We visited at the end of the August-2022. Since we were senior citizens with our family security allowed us to take car till the end on paying parking charges. Or else need to park vehicles outside and walk at least less than a kilometre to reach Gira Falls. You also get to purchase things crafted out from wood at a very reasonable price sold by locals. Also snacks etc available at reasonable rates. Weekends are crowded, we went on weekdays.

Waterfall is at natural location. It's actually joyfully experience, I have visited there before also but now after the berries. We are restricted by police to explore around the Waterfall. But over all It's good. I will suggest people should go there in winter or rain in evening for better experience. Because in afternoon or morning it's really very hot over there.

Best Waterfalls of Gujarat. But risky in monsoon. Do not try to go very close of flow. Be safe.

It was a good time there though public is not allowed to go near falls. The market near it has very good bows and arrows and some artistic things. A shallow stream moving near the market is good for dipping your legs. A good place overall.

Good place for relaxation and sightseeing. Waterfall looks like mini Niagra falls. Best time to visit is during monsoon, either early morning or late evening. From afternoon till evening, it gets too much crowded.

Best place to visit after monsoon. Preferably in October as rain will not allow you to enjoy to the fullest otherwise. You won't find food options there. Bring it with you if you wish. Water and other beverages are available though. You may also buy some wooden artifacts created by locals

Another best and most famous waterfall in dang, gujrat. We have visit this place in last month. It's best in rainy season, so there was so much water in the falls. This is a splendid place to visit during or just after the rains. No much place for car parking. the way to the falls is very rocky. Lots of sellers will be available on the side on the walkway. Spend a full evening here during the rainy season.

Gira Falls called Gira Dodh in Gujarati can be visited in Monsoon. The waterfalls and the whole journey to reach over there is very beautiful. It is a sight to see in monsoon and the surrounding is green. The rocks are very big and uneven so take care while walking and nature can turn into beast anytime so avoid going too close to the falls.

Great place with very beautiful approach road. The falls aren't exactly white... they had muddy water on pur visit, owing to a break in rainfall. Bathing in the falls isn't an option as the water force is too high. Locals have stalls and handicraft articles are value-for-money.

Large, picturesque waterfall that gushes during monsoon season & is less active in other seasons. Breathtakingly beautiful around monsoon, these seasonal (only after rains) falls are among the most picturesque sights in the district. Located about 3 km from Waghai town, the Gira waterfall is a 30 m natural drop into the Ambica River. It is open to the public and accessible by jeeps on hire
