Service is good making charge is little high. Manager staff should be polite with customers, they should be impartial with all customers.staff is there but not well organized. It is wonderful shop in our locality. They have to keep more design's.

Initially (5 years back) MS gold was so open to take customer feedback and make required modifications to jewels. Now a days they very easily decline customer requests… should maintain the authenticity how it was before… I’m rating 1 for this decline.. My issues is that, I purchased a earring on Aug 27th. During trail I tried only one earring. It got fit well. But when I went back home and tried, the other earring wasn’t fitting to any of the ears. Which means the size of stems of each earrings is different. When I asked them to exchange or modify, they said it’s not possible to modify. Was very disappointed. I ended up selling that earring and purchase a new one in Bangalore. Never gonna purchase anything from MS gold again.

Manager Raju behaved rudely . He dint let us purchase the gold on the day of scheme closure . He asked us to come after a month. I am 9 month pregnant and it’s difficult for me to come from Bangalore. Despite knowing this fact , he behaved badly. If there’s anybody higher authority we can contact , it will be helpful for us .
