I have been a member for years. This is the only place locally that offers aqua cycling. I love this class as well as aqua aerobics. The instructors are amazing! The locker room is cleaned daily and I have never seen any bolts or screws hanging or on the floor. The pool water is always warm. The concrete decking around the pool is textured for safety so your little ones don't slip and fall. The staff is always friendly and attentive to the needs of their members.

Two stars because the lady I first met was exactly what someone would expect going to a gym, how ever after my last visit which left me feeling extremely racially profiled by what seems to be head staff, more than once, I might reconsider my membership …being loud with a paying member at the entrance about rules and questioning what theyre doing there after they scan there tag is wild and uncalled for, and definitely not a first impression I’d want to give off. How about actually greeting someone with hello or welcome before you start to question or loudly state gym rules… I would like to state that I did read through the rules before signing, and did not commit any violations or acts, was met with attitude and disgust upon entrance

I'm down 30 pounds since going here. Its really the trainers that make this place amazing. Colleen is an amazing personal trainer and I owe my progress to her! Lisa and Stacy are amazing spin instructors! I'm actually excited to go to the gym again. So happy I found this place and great community of supportive members and instructors.

We went today for a birthday party today although it rained on us they made the best of it. My son had fun.

I absolutely love the kneadful massage.. That's the only part of that business that I've been to.. But that massage was amazing... the environment was great very clean and very comfortable. My masseuses name was Megan and she was unbelievable. 100% professional and amazing at our job thanks again to her definitely recommend booking a appointment.

The locker rooms are horrible and dirty especially the family locker room that is nothing but a literal curtain. The women’s locker room has screws and bolts all over the floor and falling out of the lockers that are rusty and just laying on the soaking wet, never cleaned floors. The pool is absolutely freezing and the sides of the the pool/pool deck is incredibly rough. I would not say this place is child or family friendly either as strollers/infant bucket seats are banned. Also they are currently in the process of being shut down by the Board of Health after they have been contracting with an amazing 3rd party to let them host CHILDRENS swim lessons there now leaving people who paid for lessons with no place location mid season! All and all it’s not a great place.

Don’t do private lesson here. It took me a month to nail down the schedule with their instructor, But when the time comes, they will cancel your appointment with less than 30 mins notice for consecutively 3 times.

They're so helpful and knowledgeable with physical therapy. Very friendly.
