This was our first time here and WOW! I got a double Shack stack with no bun. And it was so good! The meat was so fresh and tender and full of flavor! And the mushroom! Cheese oozed out of it when I bit into it. I also tried the spicy chicken sandwich and it was really good too. Can't wait to go back!

I ordered chicken nuggets and french fries; the food was so salty, and the nuggets were so tiny and dry. The french fries were hard, and way too salty also the food is so over-priced. You will pay $17.00 for a hamburger, fries, and a drink. You will get more for your money and better tasting food at Chick Fil A.

I never had Shake Shack before and it blew my mind lol. Got the Shack Stack and was so good didn't need ketchup which is amazing for me. The parm/truffle fries are ridiculously good.. perfect crisp outside and soft inside.. Plus the shake is so creamy and delicious.. 100% will order again soon.

As a visitor from different state, on a busy work day, I am very happy to find Hand Spun Frozen Custard on such a warm day (90+°F) I got Classic Shakes, burgers, and fries. Overall: we love milkshakes and the burgers we ordered. Price is reasonable with the amount of food we got.

Best gluten free bun I've ever had, mostly that it didn't fall apart, and it was buttery ~ yummy! Decent burger! Yum....

Not only was the food excellent but the service was outstanding. We had to wait for our guests to arrive. Ashley and Bella took great care of us to make the wait just fly by. This was our first time there, and we will definitely return!

Love the stop in we had, great shakes!! Mmm mm goodness. My wife really liked their chicken and the fries were really good. Specifically they weren't over salted so we didn't feel worried using them as a snack replacement for the toddler since we had left his bag in the car.

This weekend I found the customer service at the Burlington Mall location to go above and beyond anything I could have hoped. Angel, the restaurant manager, returned our voicemail immediately on her day off and helped us recover our 2 year old's most cherished toy. Angel is the embodiment of Danny Meyer's hospitality ethos.
