The therapist was good and very genuine. I give her 5 stars. The policies and practices of LifeStance are horrible. Not covered by insurance policies for Medicaid or the marketplace is a poor move when you are in an industry that is supposed to assist people. The cancellation policies are also a joke. Unfortunately I am forced to continue going to them because my therapist is now owned by them.

My sessions are incredibly beneficial. My therapist immediately made me feel at ease discussing my issues and is able to help identify and dissect the background to my problems. The results of the sessions has been very positive and I'd strongly recommend my therapist, Catherine Moore and the counseling she provides. It is good to be treated with professionalism and care. I also find her to be very supportive.

Very personable, engaged and overall attentive. Knowledgeable and able to explain things in a relatable way. I felt both confident with the information being presented and comfortable with my provider that she understood me.

Just met my new provider and I am so impressed! She is so kind and compassionate and helpful! I feel like she understood me right away and gave me specific advice to improve my mental health!

It is so hard to find a counselor since Covid - especially one who specializes in child/adolescent mental health. I was so happy just to get an appointment for my child in a reasonable time. Then, after the first appointment, I was thrilled that the counselor is an amazing fit and very attuned to introducing therapy to a child and making them feel comfortable, heard, and respected. Our counselor was very compassionate, positive and also clearly values collaborating with parents and other important figures to best support a child.

One meeting and can't wait for the next. One more step forward for me. I pray the next meeting is the final YES we will continue meeting with you.?

Had our first initial intake appt with Dr Jennifer Abraham today and she is fantastic! Made me feel very comfortable and confident that we can get our concerns for our son addressed quickly. Can't wait to meet in person!

This place is great except when it comes to getting ahold of them. They have not charged my insurance in over a year. I have called many times with them assuring me they will get it fixed and never have. I call and get out on hold and no one ever picks up. I have emailed with no reply. But they never fail to send my my statement for payment.
