    Linda left she retired😭😭 we love you Linda enjoy your retirement. New people now a couple of not so great experiences. But this morning came in with a package with no tape to mail he told me no problem I take care of it😁😁 efficient and positive. An improvement from last visit.

    I have dealt with dozens of UPS Stores in my line of work. 99.9% are usurious and insanely costly. I purchase items from all over the Country at various Auction Houses, and I prefer to provide my own prepaid/insured shipping label which maybe 1 in 100 Stores will allow you to do. Does it make any sense that a business that provides a package service for a fee, will not package an item for you unless you also buy their insurance and purchase UPS shipping through them? This UPS Store is great to work with, and caters to their Customers, not the bottom line. Truly a breath of fresh air, and pleasant to deal with. THANK YOU!

    The team here is phenomenal. I cannot express how easy they made holiday shipping for me this year. Everyone is professional yet really personable. I was never once made to feel like a burden or annoyance, which is a rare thing these days in customer service. Everyone at this location deserves a raise. Thank you so much Olivia and team for making a busy time of year less stressful.

    I walked into the store today and my phone died and I had multiple returns to do. The staff was totally cool and let me plug in my phone to charge it. Then the returns I had were on two different Amazon accounts and they were so patient while I logged into two different accounts, and assigned the labels to each item. I had a more difficult than normal situation today and the staff at this UPS store were so great, and I will definitely be returning!

    Keith is the best! I walked in with a bunch of amazon returns and he was so patient and kind waiting for me to pull up all my returns on my phone. So nice to see that there really is nice people still out there! Thanks Keith you are the best!!

    This store is a joke. Charged a ton of money to sip a package two day air. Proceeded to screw up their sorting and package took over a week to get delivered. Company refuses to do anything about it. Use Fedex! UPS is trash

    Keith is a total rockstar! He knows his stuff. I had to ship camping gear 1000 miles away and he handled it effortlessly. I would highly recommend using this store for Keith alone. He was the bomb.

    I brought in an Amazon return (large area rug) that was supposed to have been wrapped, prior to shipping--my mistake. I went into a panic, because I was a long way from home and did not have the materials to wrap a giant rug. Joey, Keith, Stevie, and Emily were super friendly and came up with a low-cost solution for me. I thank them for making what could have been a frustrating and stressful experience very pleasant.
