6/11/22 my husband and I decided to try Chaska for lunch . Location is convenient. We sat outside . Everything we had was great . Restaurant decor - beautiful ! The drum at the entrance would love to know the history behind it . Lamps on ceiling colorful . Bathroom decor I have to say I have seen few restaurant bathroom that look so nice . 7/23/22 we went back today for a lunch birthday and wow !!!! Amazing food . My husband is a vegan and he can find great dishes in the menu . This is a gem of a restaurant right in Garden city . Our waitress India was very courteous. Def recommend this place

I had a good time here with my husband and 5 years old son. I ordered Chicken curry, corn salad, plain naan, and Lassi for my son. The servers were kind and friendly. Especially they really cared my son. They came over frequently and asked if he was okay and he liked his foods. And the server brought a special treat for him. Foods were delicious and clean. I also liked the clean restroom. I always value when a restaurant with a nice and clean restroom which means they keep good sanitary. We will visit again. Thank you!

Incredible. Seriously, you need to go. Fantastic atmosphere, amazing food made with simple, fresh ingredients. The brussel sprouts were to die for.

The service was fast and friendly. They provided excellent incite into menu options. The food was so fresh and tasty. We had samosa chaat, 2 orders of naan, chicken biryani, and the duck special and woukd reccomend all of it. We definitely love our date nights at Chaska!

The flavors and combinations served here are mind blowing! Highly recommend the samosas and calamari for appetizer. We had chicken korma and lamb roganjosh for main course, and saffron pistachio dessert. Phenomenal!!l

Can’t say enough good things about Chaska! Amazing food, amazing atmosphere and amazing people. Today I was able to get a free dessert! They sent me an email to get one free with your order. I bought their Samosa Chaat appetizer ($9) and the mango coconut rice pudding for free (normally $8). Loved the flavor of both. The chaat had a delicious white sauce, the samosas were perfect and the dish had a tiny bit of kick. The rice pudding was just perfect. Simple, light, and creamy with bright flavors. Awesome place!

Good food and good drinks right in the shopping plaza. Paneer comes in nice large pieces that are flame grilled. They have an open concept kitchen so you can see right inside as they prepare your meal.

Order the coconut clam chowder. You’re welcome. This was probably the best soup/chowder I’ve ever had in my life. This is definitely a quality over quantity dining experience. But what a treat. Chaska, please promise that you’ll never take the coconut clam chowder off your menu! I’m coming back this weekend for round two!

A very fine experience at this Indian place with a twist of modern. Loved the ambience, service and food! We picked this restaurant for my birthday dinner and it couldn't have gone better 🤩 We ordered Madras barbeque Mushroom and tomato coriander soup for starters- amazing preparation and taste. The quantity was a little less than expected though. For maincourse it was- Paneer and pepper makhani, potato amritsari kulcha and Masala chai. Great in taste and texture. The showstealer was the dessert- Mango Cremè brule! 🥭🍮😍 Also special mention to the dinnerware and dishware they use - precisely unique and fancy! 👌🏻 Would love to visit again. This time shall book the outdoor Igloo !

I got a chance to dine here. I must say the ambience, food and the owner are fabulous. I ordered Karahi Chiken it was cooked deliciously well . The owner was “like there is little bit left do you need box, we can put more rice if you like 🥰” Thank you for that hospitality. This place is in Garden city center , you can shop around and come here dine .. must try ..

Awesome new restaurant with Indian cuisine. We had two different dishes and both were very, very good. Staff was very polite. Also, as added bonus, the kitchen is right there behind glass wall so customers can see their food being prepared live. We'll try to go there again when we are in the area. Highly recommended!

We've been to Chaska on two separate occasions for their summer patio specials. Excellent all around. Chaska is one of the few places where you can really tell how much they care about putting out quality food and drinks. The mushrooms are one of our favorites and the calamari was was an unexpected winner. You really can't go wrong with anything on the menu. Can't wait to go back soon!

Staff - extremely nice and timely, the manager came to check on us as well. Atmosphere - the ambiance was pretty good, good lighting but not bright, everything is pretty but peaceful and not distracting Drinks - tried the Jasmin pineapple hard tea and the tamarind margarita. The margarita needed more salt on the rim, but not a deal breaker. Both were delicious. Food - the food literally made me do the happy food dance. Everything came out quickly, hot, and delicious. Spices were fantastic. Plenty of vegan and vegetarian options. I can't wait to come again!

We live in Burlington MA and traveled to Rhode Island just to eat at Chaska. The food felt like heaven, the look and feel of the restaurant brought back all the memories of India. The owner keeping Bindi, and wearing Rudraksha Necklace was the most beautiful and touching moment for us... it shows how much passionate and serious he is about our culture. I love the respect he has for our culture. And, the food, presentation, taste was out of the world.

I stumble across this Gem, because I was looking for a Starbucks! The food was so fresh, I got the lunch special which was a pretty large portion. I ending up getting the lamb, garlic nun, mango lassi, and squash samosas. So good. The service was really good too! The restaurant was empty when I arrived and started to get crowded; however the waiter was still able to multitask and not forget about me. I would eat here again in a heartbeat!

Fantastic restaurant and one of my first recommendations for anyone who's looking for a one-of-a-kind dining experience in Garden City Center. Have tried many different menu items and have never been disappointed, the service is always excellent and is a great, locally owned business by an award winning restauranter. The menu has great options for people who are looking for both traditional Indian dishes as well as people who are less familiar. Definitely recommend grabbing the Chili Cauliflower as an appetizer - it's a can't miss.

It. Was. Delicious. I didn’t even have a chance to take a picture before we ate. Great service. Easy reservation on google maps. Had an appetizer, the duck, and a dessert. All amazing. Would recommend.

Not only is this restaurant beautiful, but the staff, and food is always amazing too. They do a great job start to finish to ensure you have the best dining experience. With fast service, quick turn around, and friendly waiters, they do all that they can to make you feel comfortable.

We went to this amazing restaurant in spring ‘21 during a family trip to Newport. That was the first time we tried Indian cuisine and…OMG… we fell in love🥰 The interior is absolutely beautiful, stylish and vibrant. The food was irresistible delicious, we couldn’t stop eating until we finished our meal to the very last crumble on the plate. Our overall experience was terrific. Thanks to the owner for the love, attention to the details and care of their place. I wish your business prosperity for years and hope one day we’ll come back

Absolute best food around!! This place puts a modern spin on Indian food that'll blow you away. Some things to try are the tacos, flat bread pizzas, and the brussel sprouts. Even if you're not a huge fan of Indian food you'll enjoy what they have to offer. Also, the outside seating is a great environment especially with the heated bubbles they have in place. You won't be disappointed!

We ordered the cauliflower appetizer, tacos, and lamb kebab. Food was pretty good. The decor inside is beautiful, and they have those lit domes outside. Service could improve considerably. One of the servers forgot to ask/wait for my friend to put their order. The dinner and quarter plates were stacked with no space to put them away, so it was uncomfortable to eat on wobbly plates. Since there weren't a lot of customers, our server would just check in at certain times - so we couldn't ask for things right away. I definitely won't go in person again, probably order take out.

Absolutely loved the food at this place. They have some really good appetizers.Staff was very polite and punctual. Loved the decor. This place strictly follows COVID guidelines. They also outside seating. Plenty of parking in the front. 10/10 for service. Most important shout out to our server Mark. He played a big roles in guiding us with appetizers as well as Entrees.

Chaska in Garden City. Very good Indian food loved it, they have gluten free options and vegetarian options. The food was amazing definitely recommend going. Staff was great kept checking up on me. Flavorful, I loved it.

I recently attended this establishment and was kindly greeted by India! She is extremely delightful and extremely impressive with her customer service! To follow up Jeffrey also ensured I was having a good time and provided excellent service. Speaking for myself. I don't usually go out and take the time to leave reviews but the service was outstanding. Wouldn't recommend a better place.

We're still reluctant to eat indoors but they had plenty of outdoor tables.The whole experience was top notch. From the friendly staff, to the quality of food, it was tremendous. Brussel sprouts appetizer and two chicken dishes were very good, especially my spicy dish.Will be back very soon.

The food was great. I had the Chicken Biryani. It was spicier than described on the menu but it was still good. The Kingfisher beer was good too. I think it's the first time I've been to an Indian restaurant. I'm sure I will go again.
