We had a great experience at the farm. Super friendly staff and much fun for adults and kids. You can pet most animals in their own environment and the chicken run free through the farm. The snack shack is good for snacks only but you can grab lunch in one of the many restaurants nearby in Derry, Londonderry and Hudson. The tractor ride is also really fun for all ages. I'll definitely come back next year!

Such an amazing time! I found an event posted on facebook for their pumpkin fest. I had not heard about this farm before the facebook post. I decided this would be a nice new place to go with my family. This place is a wonderful family run farm. Wonderful staff with that southern hospitality feel. Everyone was kind and helpful! The event itself had pumpkins and decorating kits for the kids. Hay rides with popcorn and water. Rope making, bubbles, sand art, face painting, cotton candy, and a Halloween inflated walkthrough. That was just for the event! They have a wonderful variety of farm animals also! Chickens, roosters, rabbits, pigs, alpacas, horses, ponies, a large tortoise, pheasants, goats, a peacock, and the list goes on an on. The animals are very well cared for. I cannot wait to come back with my family again.

My kids had a great time here. It's not very large, but they have a tractor ride you can go on that goes around the property. It's very slow, I can probably walk faster, but you get to sit on hay bales and look at all the beautiful wildflowers. They also have pony rides. You go around a small circle 3 times. I think I paid about 6.50 per child. You can buy a large bag of feed for 5 dollars. They have specific feed for the chickens and goats. They have a little food shack where you can get drinks, popcorn, cotton candy, and small bags of chips. They also have "gem mining," but it wasn't open when we were there. Quick way to spend about an hour to an hour and a half depending on what you decide to do.

We decided to have our son's birthday party here. It's a family crew and they are all very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Really good people. The tractor ride was fun and there is popcorn and little fairy houses for children to find along the way. The ice cream was to die for and they have the sweetest animals in the world too. Our whole family had a great time and I highly recommend it.

Last thing on my son's summer bucket list...Petting baby goat... But this place was so much more! He got a chance to go mining again and this time was so A-mazing. He didn't want to pet the snake but C'mon! It was reptile day with Daniel and then he couldn't get enough. He did sand art with Kris, rode a pony, fed the animals and actually got a massage from a goat! I recommend this place because I didn't expect all the kindness and all the joy and this family was so humble, entertaining and so Chill. My son had a hard time coming up with his favorite of the day... between pony and snake.. . And we did all of it for less than$50! Worth the ride for sure aka we will come back!

Very nice family farm. My 3 and a half year old loved feeding the goats and alpaca. She had a blast mining for gems and fossils. As soon as we left she wanted to go back. We definitely will.

Friendly place. Great for young kids. I brought my 2 1/2 year old and she had a blast seeing all the farm animals. She got to pet the goats and feed some of the other animals. Wagon hay ride and a pony ride rounded out our day of fun.

Came here for a fun family outing on my son's birthday. I knew he would enjoy it but was surprised by how much my older kids and even my husband and I enjoyed it as well. The wagon hayride, petting zoo, and reptile barn were all included in price of admission. You can additionally purchase snacks and drinks from the food truck, feed for some of the animals, and pony rides. Coming in November, we got an extra special treat. Santa was visiting! Price was a little high, and more than what is listed on their website, the food was also pricey and the wagon ride is not particularly scenic this time of year (its also cold in November obviously!), but the owners were very kind and everyone had a good time. Id be interested in coming back in other seasons.

Took the grandkids to Carraige Shack Farms the weekend before Christmas to see the animals and Old Saint Nick. We had a great time! The animals and the employees were really friendly and there was a ton of exhibits to visit and things to see. Sam "the Reptile Guy" was the star attraction with his house full of friendly snakes and other reptiles including a good sized tortoise roaming free (my 14 year old granddaughter now wants a Ball python for a pet). Santa was in a warm and cozy barn full of baby animals for the kids to visit and pet. This would have been a 5 star review except for two things: the grounds were scattered with old, used and discard items like lawn tractors, farm equipment and even an old trailer. Also the hay ride was very strange. It was a large hay cart with hay bales to sit on and light blankets for extra warmth (nice touch) but the cart was pulled by a smelly diesel tractor through an overgrown, mud puddle filled trail under high tension power lines. It would have been a great haunted hayride if it was Halloween! Overall a nice experience with the grandkids but my advice is to skip the hayride.

This place is great. We came here with my 16 month old daughter who has taken a recent interest in animals (loves other people's pets though we don't have any at home) and wanted to see how she'd do. The place was so perfect. There are a lot of animals and they're within a relatively small area - which is great for little feet. The animals are all happy to be pet and fed and are all very clean and seem well taken-care of. The people who work there are very nice and accommodating. They also have plenty of picnic tables under shady tents so you could sit, relax, and maybe eat a picnic lunch of something like that. The tables were all spotless. The only thing I'd suggest is having some informational signs at the enclosures so people know what they're looking at. There are a couple - for the tortoise and some of the birds, but I would have like to have learned more about the animals, like how old they were or how the farm had acquired them. :) Great place and we can't wait to go back with friends.

This is a hidden gem in Londonderry. I took my two kids here today and we had the best time! The staff are all beyond welcoming and kind. The animals are so sweet and well taken care of. We can’t wait to plan our next visit! Thank you to this wonderful family-owned farm for making my kids day at your farm extra special.

Great place to take the kids. My 15 month old had a blast. Staff is great they go around asking if you want to take the hay ride. Depending on which day you go the farm will have special event going on. The day we went it was appreciate unicorns 🦄🦄

You get to pet everything! Toddler heven. But, so much trash. Please pick up all the garbage, and also I would put a sign out explaining why your birds gave missing patches of feathers. Are they rescues? Staff is very nice. I'll keep going because it feels like the staff cares about the animals because all the animals there just want to be pet and loved. And animals that are treated bad don't want pets like these guys do

I found this farm a few weeks ago and today was our second time coming here. I love animals so much and I can tell that the animals here are so loved and cared for. I got to meet the baby cow today which is something I’ve been waiting for since I came last. The family that owns this farm is so nice and takes such good care of all the animals there. My favorite parts are the alpacas and going into the goat pen.

This is perfect for young children and supports a local/family business. My toddler had a blast and the gem mining was a nice bonus. Would love to see something done with the land that is a part of the hay ride. All together it is brilliant. Oh and the music! Too cute!

This is a small, family-owned business that provides forever homes to animals in need. Many of these animals were abandoned by their owners because of their inability to care for them, and it is sad when people find it necessary to write derogatory, hurtful, untruths through reviews that cause harm and impact the livelihood of these wonderful individuals. Please continue to read the positive reviews and posts people have written in response to their experiences at the farm. This family would give the shirts off their backs to help others and it is unfair when people feel it necessary to cause harm.

I was a little skeptical at first upon driving in, as I had never been there before and driving back to the entrance was a bit unnerving, but was really happy that we stayed and decided to visit! The family was extremely nice and welcoming and there were so many animals to see and enjoy. My little one had a great time seeing all the animals and they were all very happy and friendly as well! They also stopped us when they noticed we were about to leave to inform us about the tractor ride and even offered to do it a little early so we didn’t miss it, which I thought was very nice. Overall a great experience and we plan to visit again! :)

Super fun place for kid's, brought my son and his cousin, they had a blast, the staff was very great and friendly, low cost, we got to pet a wide variety of animals, went on a hay ride and got to pan for cool gems and fossil's at the end, I recommend this place to anyone with kids or without

Adorable farm/petting zoo! There are many animals spread out over a large area and even a reptile house. The concession stand was amazing and honestly I'd go back even just for the fresh donuts! But I must say they best part (other than the animals themselves) was the staff! They were incredibly friendly and clearly love their jobs and this farm. I will definitely be back!
