2 and 1/2 hour wait. Called 4 times. At 2 hours was assured pizza was on its way. At 2 and 1/2 hours called to see where order was as I only live 8 minutes away. Manager Alexa reported order still there and has not left. Customer service was deplorable. Alexa hung up 3 times on me and put me on hold at least 4 times. Ridiculous! Just be honest with your short comings and people will be more compassionate! Never again!

We waited an hour and a half only to find out they delivered it to the wrong address and was sitting there for 30 minutes. By the time we found the order two boxes had ants in them. We had called them multiple times asking where our pizza was and on our first call they didn’t tell us anything after we told them our address but they told as on the second call that it had been delivered 30 minutes ago to the wrong address

Love it when I noticed my order wasn’t updating on the tracker I called they explained why and within minutes I had my order. I order here all the time for my job so I recommend this dominos to anyone.

This place is wonderful. I can depend on them to always have my order accurate, on time and looking scrumdilliumptious. They forgot one of my pizzas and before I could even get out of my car, the guy came running out (technically speed walking- but my point is he was TRUCKING IT) to bring it to me and apologized! Other places, especially fast food should definitely take a lesson or two from these guys cos they are spot on!!! 👌 Now, I must go enjoy the ooey gooey deliciousness that is calling my name. 🤌🤌nom nom nom🤌🤌 Also, MANAGER SIR/MA'AM- this message is for your eyes only!! Give this shift a raise, cos they earning it!

Nasty, greasy pizza. Management's not much better. Not sure what happened, used to be one of the better Domino's.

I ordered a medium 3 topping pizza, beef, onion, and bacon. I waited and carried it out. Got it home. Disappointed, light on cheese and very minimal on the other 3 toppings very disappointing for an almost $12 pizza.
