My husband “Mr.G” had the opportunity to stay at this hotel for about 3 months(he was there for work) and I had the opportunity to come down and stay there on 2 separate occasions. We both agree that we’re impressed by the unwavering commitment that this business has to ensuring all of their customers are well taken care of. Mr. Sam, his wife and all staff are amazing! 100 out of 100 will recommend. You guys rock!!!

Front Desk clerk Michelle was wonderful. Ask for her and she will take care of you. The staff was professional and OUTSTANDING. The hotel room was clean and the area was nice. A lot of food places nearby. Small town BIG HEART. Great place to stay In Thibodaux LA!!!

I have had a great experience over my long period of stay. Ms. Michelle was a great help and made my stay worthwhile and welcoming. I wish Ms. Michelle and the Days Inn nothing but positivity and greatness moving forward. Thank you for everything!

I checked into Days Inn approximately a week ago, Reece provided excellent customer service. It's always great when staff members go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. I'm sure her kindness and attentiveness makes everyone’s stay worth it. It's important to recognize good customer service. I feel like Reece has shown that with my stay.

We booked online and we were put into room 118. The hallway to the room smelled strongly of weed. The hair dryer had one prong on the plug and therefore did not work. The bathroom and floors had hair and stains everywhere. 🤢 The sink was missing the drain cover. The shower did not work appropriately and you either had freezing cold or scalding hot water. There was no in between. The security lock on the door was hanging on by one screw. It was clear someone had tried to get into this room previously. You definitely get what you pay for. It was a last minute, emergent stay so we took what we could get, but we would not willingly stay at this location again. See attached photos.

Thank you guys for making me feel at home. The front desk staff especially Ms. Michelle has made this a home away from home. The housekeeping staff and maintenance staff are the best. I thank you for your services. Keep up the great work. You guys are awesome!!!

A very welcomed place to rest after a long day on the road sightseeing. Michelle at the front desk greeted us with such a warm, bright and cheerful enthusiasm it knocked a bit of the road-trip tiredness off. When we asked about a local bbq place she gave the response I wanted to hear “love those ribs.” I love hotel staff that’s knowledgeable about local eateries. Room is clean, spacious and most importantly half the price of the hotel next door. And, it’s located just a block or so away from a Starbucks!

I stayed here before the staff was amazing because of the house keepers and Reece and Michelle if it wasn’t for those two lady’s I wouldn’t have came back I stayed in room 215 this time the room was horrible to start it off it had little roaches in the room so you know the big ones was somewhere close by I told the front desk Karen about it she said that they can spray but I told her no I have kids so don’t do that she tried putting me in room 218 that room was even worse so I told her I’ll stay in my same room so I showed her the pictures for proof she told me if you have food in the rooms it will make them come out and I ever hotel had them no they don’t but ok. They have a new manger name Sam and he’s rude to his staff and customers I had to talk to him over the phone twice and put him on speaker so everyone can hear how he was speaking to me. Also be careful if you have kids at night when you walk down the hall some men leave their doors open with the latch holding it open so people can come in their rooms to say this hotel has a lot of guests with kids please watch them and when you pass by the door someone comes out of a different room and walks to go down the stairs I would not be coming back I had to many problems this time with management and my room they really need to put Michelle and Reese as the managers

I have stayed at this location several times and I never disappointed, the staff really tries to fix everything that they can to make your stay comfortable. Michelle is one of my favorites she will always stop what she is doing to help me out. I will definitely be back when I am in town.

I can’t say enough good things about my stay here this week. From the moment I walked in and was greeted by Michelle, to the day I left everything was above and beyond what I expected. I arrived later in the day on Tuesday and was greeted by one of the most friendly people I have ever come across. Michelle was warm and kind as she made my check in process incredibly smooth. The hotel was quiet, the internet was fast, the rooms were clean, and the water was hot. I was very pleased with my stay and will absolutely be staying here again if I have to come back to the area for work.

This is my third time staying here, and it has been a pleasure each time. It's quiet, the rooms are clean, and the service is nothing short of amazing. Michelle and Leornora are the best! Always smiling, friendly, and helpful. This is a great place to get away to!

I had a great experience. The customer service is really good. The rooms are cleaned and spacious. I highly recommend if you take a visit to Thibodeaux. Plus, the price was perfect.

First thing i see is CIGARETTE BURN HOLES on my fresh bed (have pics) The sink blast water everywhere (it's broke) and any water that makes it down the sink goes to the ground cause the pipe is busted so all the water drains on the floor. On top of that the toilet seat is broke you sit down it goes sideways. I get that it was cheap but cmon.
