I love this community!! The staff do a phenomenal job. They are professional, kind, and go out of their way to help me. I enjoy chatting with them for a minute whenever I go into the office. They are enthusiastic I about making this beautiful place to live and taking care of the community. Recently the office staff got the pool refinished and then threw a fun little party for everyone to celebrate! I am disappointed to see a couple negative reviews because that is not my experience at all, Grand Byscaine’s staff are excellent. The apartments are also nice: I enjoy the huge bathtub, walk in closet, and how spacious my one bedroom feels. I have a wonderful little garden (pictured bellow) that people always chat with me about! It’s so nice to feel appreciated by friendly neighbors. The amenities are nice, especially like the pool! I would highly recommend living here!

4/5…I love the staff and maintenance-they have been beyond helpful! We had our ceiling all messed up and leaking down in both bathrooms bc of an incident upstairs and they fixed it within a week-we did test strips and there was no mold so yay! We also had noisy noisy neighbors who would party like rockstars after we spent 3 days in the hospital and had a newborn baby-reported and they were out within 2 weeks! Maintenance has been beyond helpful-besides the ceiling they’ve got a baby bottle stuck out the drain which was our fault and they had no charge! Dishwasher also got backed up from it and they fixed it within 30 min-absolutely couldn’t do it without them! Parking truly isn’t the best especially when visitors are here, and they’re redoing the pavement but it already has cracks in it like before but it’s def a nice apartment complex! The walls are super super thin I always hear the kids screaming down stairs every single day and the parents arguing BUT it’s life and they’re just little kids. The staff has also been so friendly as well as the police that comes around-very nice and knows how to do their job! Keep up the good work and thank you all very much!!

Being a single mother moving here from out of town was one of the best moves I’ve made. Everyone from the staff, front office and maintenance has been nothing less of amazing. The apartment was super clean upon arrival. The grounds are beautiful and up kept. The pool area is so chill and very family oriented. My kids told me they feel like we live in paradise now lol. I couldn’t of made a better decision.

We moved here from out of State. Jennifer in the office took care of everything remotely. When we arrived at the property everything was ready was ready for use. She made the process easy. Since we had not viewed the community prior to moving, we did not know what to expect. We were pleasantly surprised at how nice the unit was. Maintenance fixes everything every quickly. We had the a/c stop working in July after hours. Even though it was after hours, they came out and fixed the problem. I can't say enough about how wonderful the office and maintenance is. We are happy we found this place.

Two faced front office by far! These ladies love to accompany their misery by their controlling ways indiscreetly! I moved in more than a year ago to be greeted with having to “get rid of our family dog within 24 hours!” Nothing was presented or mentioned of “restricted breeds before I moved in,”I’ve stayed quiet since and have been speculating ever since. I have saw multiple animals that look similar to mine and these tenants walk them confidently, No one has said a thing! Not to add now I have a bug problem that when I put in a maintenance request to have spraying completed, I am put off for more than two weeks! This apartment complex will quickly notify you FOR THE FIRST TIME you are being evicted on an Easter Sunday and to be out within 3 days, all because your automatic payment hadn’t been renewed!! Instead of looking into a good tenant they rather replace you!! I have witnessed people leave under 3 months…now I know why, some people don’t care how it may effect credit or other things, it’s simply the front office and their “give no cares!” Lastly, if I had it to do over again I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND GRAND BISCAYNE!!

I have been here for a couple months now. And the experience is excellent. It’s a quiet and friendly neighbors. Management team are kind, caring, friendly and welcoming. The maintenance team are awesome. They take care of your concerns in a very fast manner!!!! The best place I have moved too!!! Loving it 🥰 Great community!!!!

Great place to live. Conveniently located to great shopping. Neighborhood Walmart is located on both ends of the main road. Close proximity to the interstate. Quiet complex with an amazing office staff.

The apartment is the nicest I've ever had and such a reasonable price during these crazy times! It's clean, the people are nice, a great pool, and feels so secluded like I'm at an old person community in Florida
