The new bus stand is very convenient. Bus stand is crowded with passengers. You will not find auto rickshaws inside the bus stand, you will have to take your luggage to the main road yourself. From here you will easily get buses for districts like Prayagraj, Manigwan, Mauganj, Devtalab, Sidhi, Shahdol etc. Here the police station is also present for the safety of the people.

It is large and good but like usual....highly disorganised. The area has been damaged by the travellers with walls and corners stinking with open defecation and paintings of paan. It doesn't look like a bus stand for a big city.

See if you are going to Prayagraj from here then ONLY catch buses of UPSRTC OR AC buses (PVT also) but not pvt Non AC buses they will cheat you they will waste your Whole day Specially MP registered buses they will take 200 Rs and will stop every Nukkad and Chouraha and Market and Most frustrating part they will tell you to change the bus At Chakghat it takes them more than 5 hrs to reach Prayagraj,

Need some improvement, bus stand should be cleaned and public toilet also. Many people are irresponsible, litter anywhere in the bus stand. Need more infrastructure and responsible person in bus stand to maintain cleaning around a public place. Bus stand has sufficient space to operate the services. Thank you
