I have been working out in the group sessions here since the past 5months and as much as I appreciate the weight loss and improved energy and fitness levels, I love the accommodating workout schedules that helps me stay regular with my workouts. The different mix of workouts with aerobics, weight training, kickboxing, yoga and other things that appeal to the trainers' imagination really keeps one challenged and makes workout fun. Even attending sessions with the different trainers tests ones endurance which challenges ones body to push the limits and not get accustomed to a routine.
