As
someone
who
had
not
done
any
gym,
formal
or
informal
exercise
for
a
(very)
long
time,
I
had
built
up
a
level
of
anxiety
about
exercise,
gyms,
interacting
with
a
PT
and
probably
a
whole
host
of
other
related
things.
I
wasn't
happy
with
how
I
looked
and
the
task
of
sorting
myself
out
felt
too
big
to
start.
I
am
9
months
into
working
out
at
PT:U
now
and
I
couldn't
be
happier
or
more
comfortable
in
the
environment
that
Rich
and
the
team
create.
It
is
completely
unintimidating,
supportive
and
respectful
of
a
huge
range
of
starting
points.
Everyone
is
on
a
journey.
I
love
training
with
Rich
specifically,
he's
never
pushed
me
down
a
certain
path.
We've
gone
over
my
personal
objectives
from
basically
not
knowing
what
I
want
to
do
except
move
more,
right
through
to
a
power
lifting
program
that
we're
working
on
now.
I
literally
never
would
have
considered
myself
to
be
a
prospective
power
lifter,
but
through
Rich's
deep
expertise
and
guidance
we've
just
focused
in
on
the
things
I
enjoy
the
most,
and
that's
the
whole
reason
why
this
is
sustainable
for
me.
Although
Rich
is
never
pushy,
he's
absolutely
helped
me
with
other
things
like
diet,
how
to
stay
active
at
home
and
between
sessions.
Probably
the
best
thing
about
training
though
is
that
it's
ignited
a
competitive
spark
in
me.
I
find
myself
more
focused
at
work,
more
effective
when
I
put
my
mind
to
a
task,
and
I'm
acting
in
general
with
much
less
inertia.
I
would
wholeheartedly
recommend
PT:U
to
anyone
who
isn't
exactly
where
they'd
like
to
be,
physically
or
emotionally,
and
if
you
can
get
a
session
with
Rich
then
that
recommendation
goes
double
(although
all
the
PTs
are
awesome
as
well!).
