I researched this business before going in and was pleasantly surprised by how warmly I was greeted by everyone! Krishna took me in immediately and gave me the best hair color even better than what I imagined it to be. I instantly knew this is my favorite place to come to and Krishna is the best provider, she listens she gives her input, she ensures it is according to what you want, and she is very efficient with time will not make you wait a minute longer than needed. Also her head massages are epic! I might have taken the quickest nap ever under her artful head wash!! I got so many compliments on my hair, that I knew I had to come back, and I did. They follow all the protocols and safety measures, and it is wonderful place to come and unwind from my hectic schedule. Love coming here, the vibes are good and positive. Krishna is amazing. I have been going to her for the past 16+ years. She's really friendly and professional. Customer service and satisfaction is undoubtedly a priority to her. She's really good at what she does as well - I typically get my eyebrows threaded, but I've gotten hair treatments, facials and waxing done by her in the past as well. Highly recommend!!

I come here to see Krishna for my eyebrows, and I absolutely LOVE her work!! She’s very knowledgeable and very experienced in her craft. I love how passionate and welcoming she is, too. After finding out about her through a close friend, I’ve been going to her for my eyebrows ever since. I drive all the way from Canton to see her, and it is so worth it!!

Excellent Salon. Been coming here a while now. Always very clean, everything is sanitized & there is purified clean air throughout. I feel comfortable going & taking my daughter. Great customer service & waxing by Krishna. I only use her for waxing and have been extremely happy. She explains the process thoroughly & in detail. She pays extra attention to making sure EACH Individual hair is removed. She uses both liquid wax & wax filled rollers - depending on the body part. Her pricing is fair for the service and she has a lovely personality - kind & caring. If you combine many services, I have noticed she provides a small discount (very generous on her part - competitors don't do that). Overall a 5 star salon! Definitely worth trying and you'll definitely be happy!

Fantastic, customer obsessed salon! I came in for eyebrows and they turned out beautifully! Krishna has outstanding skills. They also were able to accommodate me for an emergency cut and color, with no hesitation. Stellar services and highly recommend! Tasha is also fantastic. She made sure I could get the services I needed done asap!

Krishna has been doing my eyebrows since I was 12 and I’m turning 19 this year. She has always done an amazing job on my eyebrows and I’m always satisfied!! She is also just an amazing person in general. She is such a great friend. I always recommend all my friends and family to go to her!! She’s the absolute best.

I was unaware they were closed for the day. The owner was in the back screaming at me that they are closed. I was trying to schedule over $1k in treatments for my best friend and I, all I wanted to know is if it's better for me to call to ask my questions or if she had 2 mins just to answer a couple simple questions...she didn't even get out of her chair and screamed at me from the back, "I DONT KNOW YOU!! COME BACK TOMORROW" in a horrible tone. I will not be coming back or spending any of my money here, nor will I let my friends spend money here. Rude was an understatement. I don't know why she couldn't have came to the door and just calmly explained they r closed and coming back tomorrow would be ideal. I would have been completely happy with that. I understand they were closed once I tried opening the door and it was locked. I am an Asian woman and not sure if the color of my skin and shape of my eyes is why I got treated why I did, but regardless this was a beyond disappointing experience and I didn't even walk in. Can't imagine how bad it would be if I actually spent money here. Beware.

Amazing special place! Not only full service ‘one stop shop’, you’re family from the first step in! Love the people here! Everyone is so nice and very talented, attentive and caring. What a lucky day when I discovered this salon!!

I’m very very disappointed in the eyebrow service I received. The lady JayJay plucked and tried to thread my eyebrows this past weekend and one was higher than the other and much thinner!!!! She then tried to convince me to do highlights in which I specifically told her I do NOT bleach my hair and will never do it but she kept going. This was my first and last time going to this salon . She made me feel very uncomfortable for a service that should have been relaxing and my eyebrows still turned out a disaster. I appreciate the customer service because the young lady at the desk accommodated me to let me walk in but other than that, it was a very weird experience with the lady Jay Jay .

Been coming here for years to get my eyebrows threaded and they do such an amazing job. I moved out of town but no one does brows as good as Happy or Krishna so I drive 2.5 hours just for them! Tasha at the front is also always so much fun to chat with!
