I will not be going back to the Somertset Nordstrom shoe department. I purchased a pair of flats on the website and the sole of the shoe was separating from the leather after the first wear. I had called the customer service line and was told I could return in store. When I brought the shoes back to try to exchange them I was told that they would not the them back because they were not in salable condition. I received a defective pair of shoes and the return department was willing to do it online. I took the time to go in store because I wanted to have my replacement pair in hand right away. I was dealing with an acting manager who was on her little power trip and decided to be rude and condescending instead of helping me. Terrible customer service in store.

The atmosphere is warm and inviting, that is Until you get to the Women's Restroom and the Door's Wide Open! That's an Easy fix, though! I just Closed it! It's different from the bigger restrooms in the mall with more ppl to open it again! So, I had a peaceful, and restful time in there, not having to worry about a Man coming in! Thank You, Jesus!!

Such a pleasant experience! Very welcoming atmosphere. Picked up order placed online. Items were meticulously placed within gift box and included gift card. No waiting in pickup area. Store employe had me on my way in no time! Very impressed!

I had an exceptional experience with John at Nordstrom's shoe department. His proactive assistance and genuine commitment to customer satisfaction made my shopping experience incredibly comfortable. Team members like him are the reason I'll continue to choose Nordstrom.

usually have a great experience shopping at nordstrom but today was not so much. i found a shirt on the rack on the second level that had some buttons missing but was otherwise fine. an associate at the counter said they would take it to alterations to have the buttons put back on at no charge. i continued shopping and came back later to find that the associate i had spoken to earlier was on lunch. another associate checked with alterations and came back to tell me that alterations had “damaged” the shirt and i could no longer purchase it. i don’t understand why. it was a simple fix. the associate who told me this was also very short with me and did not offer any kind of solution or apology. i felt as if she did not care whether or not i was a happy customer and that is disappointing service.

I went in for an exchange in the women’s shoes department and even though it was busy the young lady Dasia C was so helpful and she went above and beyond to assist me and I will be back thanks to her!!! Great employee
