    I have never had that terrible of service in my entire life, I have I have never been made to feel so stupid as I did when I ordered Breakfast from this Taco Bell. I literally felt like I was being bullied. I will never eat here again and I hope that those people get talked to or fired because it's absolutely terrible to wake up in the morning and go get breakfast and be made to feel so stupid.

    I went to Taco Bell on October 13 at approximately 11:50 PM. I order two tacos and forgot to add extra cheese. I asked them at the window. They said they don’t do add-ons at the window I said do you want me to drive around and redo the order and they said no, we already made it, I understand they already made it but I’m not going to pay for something when I forgot to add cheese… The nice lady at the window said, let me check and see if they made it. She came back and told me that whoever made it said that they made it already and if I did not want it, I could pull off. I said that is very rude and I will absolutely pull off. First of all, who are you talking to child and second of all would you have died if you added extra cheese or if I pulled around and redid the order. They are very unprofessional and Whoever that is that told me I could pull off needs to learn some customer service because that is ridiculous and embarrassing to them. I will never go there again, and I will be sure to tell everyone I know to never go there again. They could’ve even offered to put cheese on the side, Taco Bell needs to be more mindful of the children that they hire

    Walked in (door was unlocked and there was another gentleman in the restaurant, with food!) and was told "lobby's closed, guys. There's only 2 of us here." 1. Lock the door. 2. There are touch screen ordering stations. 3. Don't be a jerk. 4. Drive thru was empty. Don't waste your time at this location.

    Was told by the cashier that next time when I come and there is no sauce it’s because you people always want extra sauce. They forgot my sour cream on my Mexican pizza.

    Today was the fastest I have ever been through the drive thru. Syaff was efficient, friendly and patient. Food was hot, fresh and tasty.

    If you want someone else's order and then to be yelled at like it's your fault go here. Idk how hard it is to read an order then make the order correctly but I guess we should pay them more so maybe they can get it right.😒😒

    I ordered something that had jalapenos (I medically can't eat spicy stuff) and they didn't mind taking it off. Just let them know if you don't want an item or if you want extra before they make it. Overall an amazing place.

    I can safely say that my one and only trip tío this Taco Bell was hands down the less than sub par. They don’t have any ice and the food wasn’t even edible. Wasted money. I stopped and grabbed an alternative before heading back to work. Will not be returning

    Manager specifically said, “we open in 2 minutes, you can’t just sit on the counter (drive-thru)…” mind you THERE WAS NO BREAKFAST MENU to view! I had to go on Taco Bell website to order the breakfast items I wanted. Some of the things I mentioned she said she didn’t have. Never going back here again. Wouldn’t even give them 1 star if I had a choice.

    We went there on mothers day and they wouldnt serve nobody. They came in the head set and said were shut down cause they didnt have any workers . Im sorry why you wearing a head set and still at work. We watched from across the street most the night they didnt serve anyone . How does a company allow employees to do this ? People need to look into lazy people and find out why they didnt make no money. This happens at all the restaurants in the area no body wants to work and take advantage of these companies

    We had a really long wait in the drive through line during a midnight rush of doordash (et al.) orders and the staff were very efficient and good about keeping things moving and handling the rush with great professionalism.

    Isaiah J served me and was very rude. Asked for a spoon and he hands me a fork. I asked if there were spoons he gave a dirty look and said no. I pulled out and he forgot to give my straw, pulled back through and once again gave me a dirty look when I asked politely for an item he forgot. (Got one burrito and drink) If you hate your job so much FIND A NEW ONE. Treat customers better and figure out how to do SIMPLE tasks on such easy orders with at least a pretend smile.

    Always a balance. Lake Huron and woods. There is the picnic area with a very long, very nice beach (dog friendly at either end, while the center portion is for humans). There is the campgrounds area with new bathroom/shower buildings, a separate beach, and many wooded trails for walking.

    Food is fine. Got what I asked for. (besides my drink, but that’s per usual) I ordered $21 worth of food, waited for a minimum of 25 minutes with two cars ahead of me, pulled up to the window, and a young brunette girl with a hat on, (appeared new) because she didn’t know the answers to any questions and kept making ( 🤷🏻‍♀️I don’t know) faces and shrugging her shoulders, told me that my order came to 1 dollar when I got to the window.. when I inquired about how that happened, she shrugged her shoulders. Then she said I got a $10 off manager discount.. me just holding my cash confused asked about the other 10$ left over… she took my 21 dollars gave me the bag and then I left completely flabbergasted that there are humans that actually get through life that way. At least one of your employees at the 9 mile and telegraph location are either pocketing cash or are incompetent degenerates.

    I just wanted food. People standing to order were ignored by all staff. Deduced without employee intervention that we had to order through the app or kiosk only. One employee tried taking another employee's iPhone after it was left in the bathroom. Explicit music on rotation. Not starting food in correct order. Possible food poisoning later that night? But I think I was supposed to lay quiet about all this because they gave me a free drink and an extra spicy potato soft taco.

    My niece has been trying to apply for this restaurant for almost a month. I have been calling and calling and I have gotten no feedback on the application. I went through the drive through to see how they work, they’re short staffed and need my niece. She’s available everyday except Wednesdays why cant she get hired?

    Ordered on line, said it was ready. Store never received the order, and then wouldn't give the money back. Staff was polite though. No refund issued and no food was given.

    There where items on the menu that were not available. Staff was unresponsive to both Good Afternoon and Thank you. Staff not very polite . I'll be skipping this location from now on. Being a fast food restaurant I don't expect the world but basic manners is necessary for customer service

    I ordered thru door dash . I ordered 2 crunch wraps with extra sourcream. With chicken an beef. The food had more lettuce than anything. So dry no sauce or anything. They didn't give a care in the world. I will never eat anything at this location.....

    Never had a positive experience. Spent 30+ minutes in the drive-through. Showed up to the restaurant with the app saying my meal was ready only to find out they didn’t have it and was joined by nearly ten people waiting 15 minutes just for someone to come to the counter to try and get order/ cancel/ try placing again. Getting order wrong. Staff look overwhelmed and like they don’t know what they are doing. Don’t bother going, you won’t have a good experience. The Grand River location is much better with friendlier staff, prompt service, and usually gets your order right.

    These days, depending on where you're geographically located, trying to grab a quick bite at a fast food place can be quite the chore. I honestly thought that it was just the pandemic that had left it's mark on the fast food industry, but now that people are back to work and things have opened up, I'm still finding that a myriad of fast food places out there are nothing short of a nightmare to try and get a meal at. Luckily for all of you, this particular Taco Bell is not one of those nightmare locations that I am taking about. Though this location does have a few things working against it, getting a quick, hot, and delicious meal is not one of them. I should also mention that I have only use the drive thru here, so I cannot speak on how things are, or how they're run if you're planning to dine in here. If you're familiar with the area that this Taco Bell is in, then you already know how incredibly busy it is. Couple that with a weird corner lot, and a strange layout that is crammed into a very small area, and you have what could make for quite the headache when it comes to getting in and out of here. The drive thru itself is set up strangely, and the parking lot is very cramped, with little wiggle room to work with. If it happened to be common dining time (like lunch or dinner), this whole setup could become a nightmare rather quickly. Beyond that, if you find yourself here during a down time like I did, then you can plan on having it be a pretty painless in and out sort of situation. When all is said and done, the employees here are friendly, efficient, and my order appeared to have been freshly made, was hot, and contained exactly what I ordered. This is pretty much all I really ask for when it comes visiting a fast food drive thru. Cheers!

    This place is hit or miss depending on the time you go. They rarely have their dining area open, and they usually take about 3-4 minutes per car in the drivethru (so if you see 5 cars, expect almost 20 minutes for your food). The food can either be really good, or really poorly made. There is no in between. I wish this store was better, because it is in a GREAT location.

    I was just at the Nine Mile and Telegraph Taco Bell and the service was great. A young lady by the name of Thomanique was very patient cheerful and a delight to deal with. A beautiful thing compared to so many , well , kinda rude folks ou there!🌞👍

    no drive thru line at all. Had to come in and order in kiosk. No problem. While staff continues to take drive thru order. Ok. Waiting 10 mins while the drive thru orders are getting passed out. Alrighty. But watching two ppl struggle while 3 Managers sit in the back and and gave them selves Pepsi and laughs. Beyond me and truly painful to watch.

    This place is the worse. Today between 5pm - 5:05pm. My husband went here and the employees were cussing so loud that they could be heard by customers. The manager was doing an interview and did nothing to stop the ignorant behavior. Also the employees were picking up their cell phones with the same gloves that they were making food with. This place is deplorable. Don't even waste your time going to this place.

    Slow service, the girl working the drive through helped me after being ignored by the other employees for several minutes who where messing around on their phones. Then the manager yelled at the person who helped me because the drive through times where high. No customer service at this location. Won’t be coming back More concerned about their precious drive through than walk in customers
