I’m writing this review as I sit in Dr Thomas/Harold’s waiting room, for over 40 mins past my appointment time. I’m always waiting at least an hour before I get called back and I honestly don’t appreciate it. The waiting room is not even full so I never understand what is taking Dr Thomas so long. It seems like Dr. Harold gets all of her patients in & out quickly but not Dr. Thomas. Other than that, she is pretty pleasant and knowledgeable.

I’ve been going to Dr. Thomas for years and I have finally decided to seek out another Physician. Dr. Thomas is knowledgeable and compassionate but I am tired of waiting forever every time I have an appointment. There is definitely a lack of respect for the patient in regards to the wait times.

She’s very nice and thorough but the wait is almost always about an hour because she tries to fit in too many patients at once. So if you don’t mind waiting forever, she’s a good choice to go to.

Dr. Thomas is a great doctor. She was very patient and responded to all of my questions in a way I could understand. She also has a warm empathic presence. However, her staff is very unorganized. I had a procedure scheduled for June 16th. The day before my procedure I received a voicemail saying I canceled my appointment. When I called Dr. Thomas office to get an understanding of what was going on, I got no answer. Thought it may have been a mistake. I went to the surgery center June 16th anyway at the time of my procedure and they had no record of me at all even being a patient that day or nowhere in the system. It is JUNE 26th and I STILL CANNOT GET IN CONTACT WITH anyone from Dr. Thomas office. It’s very obvious her schedule coordinator didn’t not even contact the surgery center about me at all and was trying to cover herself in saying I cancelled. But you can’t cancel if you’ve NEVER even had a profile at a place. Very nice doctor but very unorganized.

Dr. Michele Thomas is an exceptional physician. She is very thorough, caring and makes the processes very easy. She delivered my baby this past April and has been my doctor for 14 years so I have seen her through the annual exams to the prenatal care to the cesarean section. I would recommend Dr. Thomas to every woman!

Dr. Thomas is amazing! She's been my OB for over a decade and I couldn't ask for a better Healthcare provider. She's very knowledgeable, courteous, and extremely professional. If you are in need of a female OB that will make you feel comfortable and one you can trust, look no further.

I'm happy to review that Dr. Thomas has been my favorite since 2005. 18 years, 3 healthy deliveries, and excellent women's health care. 👏🏼 This woman is truly gifted in her craft. I always feel welcome, comfortable, & protected. Her staff are second to none as well. Thank you Dr. Thomas for being an absolute blessing to my family.

Dr. Thomas provides excellent, detailed and caring service. She listens patiently and I have never felt rushed. She is timely, with no long waits. Her staff is excellent too. She's been my doc of choice for 12 years and I don't plan on seeking medical service from anyone else as long as she remains in the field!

I have used Dr. Thomas as my Gynecologist for over 20 years. She makes a point to know everything about me. She asks questions and is very concerned about my wellbeing. She is professional, courteous and extremely clean. My daughter also uses her and we couldn't be happier with all of the care she provides, not just to us, but to all of her patients. I must say she is one of the best doctors I have ever had.

Dr. Thomas has a wonderful bedside manner. Always professional and she listens to all concerns. I trust her.

I absolutely love her! My sister originally told me when we were both pregnant about these two amazing black female physicians that could deliver our babies... I’ve been with her every since! Dr. Thomas was my OBGYN, a therapist, a life coach, a friend, and an angel during my pregnancy! The staff is always sweet an the office is always clean.Look no further

Dr. Thomas is an excellent physician. She's empathetic and will answer ANY question without condescension. I have recommended her to every Woman in my family. I know some patients don't like the wait but Dr. Thomas has Ob AND Gyn patients. You can't always schedule a birth or an emergency. She also performs medical procedures at other hospitals. Considering the level of treatment, I'm willing to wait. I've been on both sides of the argument but taking a personal step back, it makes sense.

Doctor Thomas is an excellent Doctor. She is very detailed and compassionate. She goes above and beyond for her patients. I would recommend her!!!!

Dr. Thomas has been my OBGYN since I was 15. I feel comfortable talking to her and I trust her advice. She puts her expectant mother’s first so I understand a longer wait or having to reschedule an appointment. Any mother will tell you, kids have a mind of their own, and they come when they want. Dr. Thomas is knowledgeable and personable and I trust her with my care.

Love Dr. Thomas. She is the type of doctor that is present when in the room with you. Very kind and thoughtful in her approach and care. Staff is great. Never experienced long wait times during my visits. Been seeing her since 2019.
