I had a wonderful experience working with Darakjian to design a custom ring. Cathy just gets me. She never tried to upsell me, and she was equally as excited about the ring as I was. For me, it is all about the energy around the creation and purchase of a meaningful piece like this, so I would never go to just any jeweler. This was the right place, with the right vibe, and they took great care of me. I should also mention this place has a great social club aspect. Once you are in the family, you can stop by any time for a glass of champagne and have a browse or just to talk. I love that!

My husband and I have been coming here the past few years and I have to admit, I’ll never go anywhere else. Every time I walk in, an associate is friendly and helpful. When I’ve had issues with my wedding and engagement bands (not designed here), they actually recreated them for me using my existing diamonds and I haven’t had an issue since. When I had rings made with my kids’ birthstones, they were professional, helpful, and surprisingly fast and matched the style to my wedding band perfectly. I highly recommend and guarantee you’ll be as happy as I’ve been!

Sue greeted us at the door and was happy to answer any questions we had, items are made in house which left a great and reassuring feeling about getting a custom piece created here. Professional and personable. We spoke briefly about our project to the man who works on all custom jewelry and repairs, Discussion was over and 10 minutes later he comes out with a previous molding to give us a better idea which showed he truly cared to give us a better visual to make us comfortable about our decision. I loved that he came back out and invested the time to bring our dream to life with such a small detail of just showing a modeling of a previous project. Sue was a pleasure talking to she really made the experience so exciting! I would recommend anyone to purchase from Darakjian!!

Went there with my now fiance to look at rings, and what started as a day with another to do, ended up being a great and fun experience! Between the staff that helped us (Melanie is great!), some champagne, and the selection, had a really fun afternoon. After that day returned a few more times to finalize the ring, and looked forward to it every time. Was like meeting up with friends. Had a great experience and moving forward won't go anywhere else, highly recommend.

I came in today, January 13, 2024, an hour before close and was immediately greeted by Armen and Olivia. The place is stunning, and the selection of watches/jewelry is unique and beautiful. Upon greeting, it is clear they are people business first, jewelers second. These two individuals are very personable and kind. I came into the store to potentially sell or trade in a watch. Armen showed me all the watches they had in store; he is very knowledgeable and asked about my likes/dislikes to find a watch specific to my taste. He wasn't pushy like a traditional salesman but was more looking to make conversation and share his passion in the industry. Arman was simply amazing. Darakjian came highly recommended when my partner and I were looking for a jeweler in Metro Detroit area, and Arman and his team did not disappoint. This place is absolutely exceptional! I was greeted with a huge smile by Armen and was very happy with how amazing the customer service was, and I even was offered some water or juice which is always a bonus on a hot day. Also while I was browsing there collection the team was very knowledgeable about each and every one of the products they carried. They have something for everyone. From watch brands such as g-shock beginning at just $100 all the way up to brands exceeding 8,000+ I will be returning and highly recommended this wonderful company. It’s hard to find good people these days but I can tell you for a fact that they are surrounding this fantastic business.
