I'm shocked how much work they put into bringing my watch back to life and in the process didn't charge me any extra for the work that was completed. I am so elated by the level of customer service and dedication to their workmanship! When I have any other needs in the future I will definitely be back 👍

I bought a Swatch in Switzerland nearly 20 years ago. Went in last year for a battery - and they had the correct battery and replaced it - quick and painless. I was surprised, because the watch hasn’t been produced since then. Store owner also gave me a few watch tips concerning watch care and maintenance.

Be careful of all of these 5 star reviews, The owner is a very dishonest man, who is willing to take Your money claiming he can fix any watch, I trusted him to fix my 18k watch by changing the battery, and putting a new crystal on, after I brought it home I noticed the time was of, and the face wasn’t lined up properly on the the watch, I touched the crown to adjust it, the crown,stem,and spring fell in my hand. Took it back to show Ryan, he accused me of breaking it, Informed me it will coast a lot of money to fix.

Sign on door misleading. Went 2days Sign on door still has same message. Still not open. Dentist appts????

I went in for a watch battery replacement and was helped right away. He had it all done in 20 minutes! Reasonable price too! Highly recommend! They do charge a service charge for credit cards, but that's pretty common now, so no biggie since I had cash.

It's a great repair shop to get our watches fixed.

I have been going here for years getting batteries for my watches but no more. I recently went there and discovered not only have they gone up on their prices but to my surprise, they now want customers to pay their POS fee when using your credit card. (POS fee is the fee the credit card companies charge merchants, normally 3-4%) So in addition to paying interest on my credit card you want me to pay your fee too? Long story short for all the customers who have given glowing reviews, God Bless you but I will NEVER go there again. I think it's a shame that some businesses seem to be trying to recoup lost revenue from being closed during Covid by operating like this. Thank goodness that there are still businesses that don't operate like this.

Had a broken watch band. Was ready to buy a new one, but they took my watch with broken band and within 10 minutes brought it back to me fixed. And a no charge which I did not expect. Great people to work with.

What a difference a day must make??? I experienced extremely arrogant and rude. After a smooth greeting I had the audacity to ask how much watch batteries ran. I had a number of watches and wanted to decide how many to replace at once. The response; "I have over 1,000 batteries, show me what you have." One of them is very sentimental to me so I asked if he would be able to do that one when I came into pick up the others. That was it for any type of civility, as he refused to thoroughly listen to what I was requesting, or refusing. Either way - good luck

Rude clerk, scuffed my gucci watch while changing the battery, messed up my other burberry watch and told me its not their fault. I had high hopes for this place but honestly take your watches to somewhere more professional and careful

I swapped out a broken black band with this green band that I purchased from Watchbands.... It fits great and is made with quality materials.

Took my watch in as the band broke yesterday. The service tech could have sold me something but was honest that nothing he had would support the size and weight of the watch (53mm Invicta Venom) and sent me to the vendor. Can't express enough how much I appreciate the honesty and professionalism. Will be going back for future service needs.
