Very pleased with the staff and doctors. Quick professional service. Got us in and out. Second phase for my daughter and when we went in for our consultation they informed us she is ready for phase 2 and we’re able to put brackets on at that visit rather then having to make another appt and pull her out of school again. Glad we went with them.

The customer service at Reynolds is fabulous! They are very responsive, flexible, and positive. The prices are higher than I’d like, but the overall experience for my son had been very good!

Dr. Reynolds has been our Orthodontist for years. He is a wonderful doctor, and his staff is just as amazing. The offices are all super friendly, clean, lively, and have such fun exciting promotions going on all the time. There is consistency across all of them with the level of service, cleanliness, friendliness, and professionalism. Couldn’t imagine going anywhere else!

My experience at Reynolds Orthondotics was fantastic! I came in for a consult and left an hour and half later with braces!! I’ve had braces twice before and the treatment I received at Reynolds stands out as the best. The treatment coordinator, Steve, was so friendly and helpful in explaining my treatment and payments options to help me make an informed decision on which treatment to go with. Dr. Jenn explained everything about my treatment and made sure I understood the details. Haylee made getting my braces on a seamless and quick experience and she was super friendly! Everyone in the office was so kind and encouraging, I’m so grateful to the Reynolds team. Couldn’t recommend Reynolds more!

They had there 1st annual Project Mariposa today it was such a wonderful event. I am glad my son got his braces and his sister and I were able to be a part of this awesome event. I highly recommend for anyone who wants to get braces to go here. All the staff and Doctors were very nice and courteous. Great service all the way around.

I got my braces when I was in seventh grade and had them for about three years, which meant a lot of appointments at the office! The team at Spillane and Reynolds is professional, friendly, and welcoming. Their office is very modern and comfortable, and is a nice place to wait for your appointment. Spillane and Reynolds is also very accommodating, from games for kids to play in the waiting room for free wax for painful brackets kept in the vestibule 24/7. Most importantly, my jumbled teeth became beautifully straight after being under the care of S&R, and I couldn’t be happier with how my smile turned out! If you need braces, definitely go with Spillane and Reynolds!

Spillane & Reynolds is one of the best orthodontist in the area!! They have been caring for daughter from the time she had to have an expander to braces! Very friendly and clean environment! Location and reputation was what convinced me to seek them out. My son would not smile for years because of his smile insecurities ... luckily the great doctors assessed him and were able to fit him for braces earlier than planned. The professional and kind staff made every visit easy and comfortable for both my sons. Spillane and Reynolds have always been very friendly, courteous, and helpful in explaining the work or procedures needed. The office staff are also very welcoming and provide positive, consistent patient care.

Great consult appointment! The staff was knowledgeable and friendly and answered any questions we had in addition to providing contact information in case more questions came to us later. Photos and x-rays were done and I was given a treatment plan explained to me by the doctor. I was not rushed and had plenty of time to discuss the plan. Exact costs were given to me in addition to many payment options. My son thought the staff was very nice and he felt comfortable during his visit. I generally prefer getting more information at my visits versus not enough and I feel the office staff did a great job in providing this to me. Great first impression!

An amazing orthodontist office. The entry is wide open, comfortable and they offer tons of stuff for waiting parents, teenagers and kids. The staff is super friendly and they even have massage chairs to relax patients and waiting parents. A one of a kind orthodontist office. Would highly recommend this place.
