We stay here every time we have to make a trip to NY. This hotel is very clean and the beds are like heaven!!! The price is very reasonable as well. The room service is a nice bonus as well, just wish it would change once in a while. This hotel is by no means bad it is clean and decently if not extravagantly appointed.

DSS put me here a couple days ago and so far there's no issues other than the fact that there's no coffee I don't know what everybody else is talking about saying no roaches and other stuff and saying how bad this place is it's really not that bad and I'm very glad to call it home temporarily

Stay away. Bed bugs cockroaches it's loaded. Not really any stores nearby. Loud all the time. Cops in and out all day/night. Most of the people here are housed by dss and most staying here have some sort of drug problem. Rooms get broken into. No hot water at the del 2 if you get lucky you might get 10 minutes of hot water. Owner will complain about everything. Every single room smells like cigarette smoke. They dont clean the place well. There's a good chance someone has overdosed and died in the room you stay in. Everything including driving by this place screams stay away.

The lady/owner is very rude ,the rooms smell of mold , and the rooms are dingy , this place also has a bug issue (bed bugs) as well as insect and pest issues , not sure how this place is even aloud to rent rooms and be health and safety cleared for operation. Please save your money and check in somewhere else ,there are a lot of places that are just as Cheep and a lot cleaner and you won't have to worry about bringing unwanted bugs home to your house .

I like to hear the owner is very kind and as well as his family they also have been there for me since my wife has passed away with being supportive places are clean people are respectful I'm going to miss the place I just bought a trailer and I'll be leaving Wednesday so if anyone would like to stay here. I recommend it to anyone

The motel is actually pretty home-like if you are from the area it's a pretty decent place to stay and or basically live at if that is what you would prefer they offer great rates and they are nice friendly owners and don't harass their patrons about things that other motels would have an issue with...its in walking distance of gas stations stores and fast food restaurants definitely in a very convenient location for almost whatever you need or want!!!

i called and the guy said 450 a week lol . i know people who live there throw dss and i know dss is not paying 450 a week

They buy and sell food stamps, they discriminate, they have black mold, bed bugs, the rooms are drafty and dirty, they never have anything to clean, and sex offenders among other things. I've even seen albino cockroaches.

The owner and staff are the nicest people ever. They may not have the cleanest rooms but they make up for it with kindness. Thank u!

A sign on court st. a couple miles down from the Dell reads : "Sweet dreams await you at the Dell Motel"..I found myself awaiting a nightmare there.The people residing there are some of the worse skum I ever encountered...and I'm an addict who's seen it all when it comes to depravity.The owners are the cheapest, laziest people I've ever known.we have black mold BAD.Everything is falling apart.we get back FILTHY towels,we had a crack stem melted to our blanket when we got our room...look-instead of ranting on and on,I'll just say that this is just a step up from living under the court st bridge.Just awful..it's worse than you can imagine.FIND A CARDBOARD BOX TO LIVE IN RATHER THAN STAY HERE.

Honest opinion of this place is kind of run down , the room smelled like a combination of mold and mildew , the owners are extremely Rude to the guests if the ask for information about the area , my experience of the Dell Motel is To not rent a room here unless you are on a really tight Budget . Its nice experience to stay here. I don't recommend this place at all.

Ok place if you know how to move and act like a grown man

The owner ock and all the staff are very caring and respectable people. Also if you're looking for something that isn't 90 bucks and up a night like most places it's an inexpensive nights rest...

Bedbugs. Never had them in my life until I stayed here. Staff will blame you in their own defense if you bring it up. There's a reason they take people from DSS - it'd be insane to pay cash to stay here. Rooms are cold and can't get WiFi in the room. It'd be justifiable to stay for cheap if there weren't bugs.

This is a place that will amaze you, the rooms are what you would exspect at a rent by the hour trap motel, the staff are rude and lazy ,the other guest even with there own mental and drug issues treat you with more respect, spend the extra five dollars and stay at the echno

Room was tiny, smelled like mold, dirty, air conditioner is about to fall out the wall and the bathroom was grimy. Would not recommend.
