As a first time customer I would like to say how pleased we were with the freshness and quality of fish – our Cod, Hake and dressed Crab were superb. Excellent service, a telephone and e-mail contact if needed, we most certainly will be ordering again.

We visited the shop on Monday 26/6. Spending £71. The shop assistant advised us, to nip out and purchase the local newspaper which contained a 10% voucher, she said she would honour the voucher and refund the difference We paid for the fish, leaving it behind the counter. We then went to the local newsagents spent £1.60, on the paper, returning later to receive our 10% discount and collect our goods. She denied informing us to get the paper! How would we have known about the discount without being informed... And why would we leave the fish with her.??? She said it was only for a return purchase. We asked for a refund and said we would buy again.. this was also refused Whenever we visit Whitby we always make a purchase .... Never again.!!! It's not the £7 it's the principal. Obviously loyalty doesn't matter Sadly you have lost our custom.

Outstanding Service , response times and quality of seafood. The Oysters were amazing and quality of Scallops were second to none . Ensured the evening was a resounding success. Ordered again and can't recommend highly enough . Quality and service , superb

Recently ordered lobster and other goodies from Whitby Catch for a birthday, was a fantastic service, easy ordering, parcel well packaged and delivered in 24 hours was an all round hit, will definitely be ordering with them again, highly recommend giving these guys a try.
