I recently took some of our disabled members to this establishment. Upon arrival we were greeted and were seated whilst awaiting the arrival of the remaining party. Unfortunately, not long into our visit the service was not very welcoming, when asked if there were vegan options we were answered with a "no" despite being informed prior that there were options available. Our members were ordering non alcoholic drinks and my colleague noted that the demeanour of the waiter became slightly derogatory towards our members, whom were unable to recognise this subtle social faux par. There was another instance where the waiter was too eager to remove plates (despite us being the only group there) and touched one the plates before asking if it was finished. This is a very difficult situation for our members to deal with and could have easily been avoided. I imagine not many people would be overly keen to have someone touch a place you are eating from still. We were all made to feel very unwelcome and to be a mere inconvenience, having said that there was one gentleman waiter dressed all in black that was very considerate and was very jovial with some of our group. For our future group meeting will we be choosing a more suitable and disabled friendly establishment.

Normal post match routine to walk to Aroma. A short 5 minute walk from Turf Moor. Never once been disappointed. Great range of options, provide the real taste of Asia. All staff very polite and helpful. A very consistent place which doesn’t disappoint. Keep up the good work Mark?

Really enjoyed the food here. Didn't appreciate one of the members soliciting me for the photos I took (continuously asking for more). I will attend again as the food was exceptional

Came to watch Arsenal play Burnley in February and the reviews of this restaurant brought us here. We arrived with high expectations and it is safe to say those expectations were met. Was better than we imagined it would be. Everything from the amazing food, polite and attentive staff and stylish interior was spot on. Will be returning next year hopefully. Keep up the good work.

Ordered forty pounds worth of food for a birthday tea, it arrived within 10 minutes of placing the order, and it was stone cold, no heat, no steam absolutely freezing. We rang the restaurant and got no offer of fresh food or our money back. Awful.

Aroma??? More like s**t hot. The food is banging but my favourite part is when they bring the food out on a trolley, it's a real treat. Why show off with trying to balance the plates down your arm when the perfect tool has existed for centuries. 5 stars. Will be back if they'll have me.

This is my first visit this place. It was the best place I have gone to for fine dining in Burnley. The restaurant owner / manager is very good down to earth and provided high class service. He is very humble and provide excellent customer service. We have ordered Lamb Karahi and Tarka Dal. Food is cooked at very high standard, Tasty and delicious. There is plenty nice dishes you can choose from menu. Fantastic, restaurant was clean and food was amazing, will definitely visit again. Thank you for serving us.

Amazing amazing food! I live in the U.S and I asked around for a good place to have an Indian, everyone told me to come here. They did not disappoint! Customer service was fantastic and the food was so so tasty!!!!

Very disappointed with this place....waited ages for the starter the kebabs had a funny smell coming from them and they did not taste right! When we told the staff they kept denying anything was wrong and we were still waiting ages for the rest of the food....i ended up speaking to the manager who yelled at me and told me to leave if I was not happy....shocking service! Do not recommend this place and not the best place for asian food...we walked out in the end and went across the road to Shimla Spice instead which has amazing food and a great atmosphere.

We visited this restaurant for the first time tonight and the food and service was absolutely spot on! All the staff were lovely, attentive and so polite! There was a lovely gentleman who we think was the owner, who took the time to come and check on us and made us feel very welcome! Excellent restaurant, been here loads of times and cannot fault the food or the service I receive every time. Restaurant is also very good at delivery, always on time and prompt with food just as good as you get in the restaurant.

Was o.k the starter was garlic chicken!! But it was only a few strips, very disappointed. The garlic bread was very small as was the rice potion. The main was o.k. Good service, but would have preferred a more traditional setting to eat.

I'm not much of a Lover of hot currys, anyway my boyfriend Love hot hot curry, we said would give Aroma Asian Restaurant a try, first time & was rated 5 for Hygiene. We got it to tack out. Wow i have never had a curry as amazing as that before mild to med, Chicken so nice, boyfriend as chicken Jalfaze said was the best. Will be going again soon as not from that area but will dine in this time.

Absolutely supreme food, visited whilst stopping over in Burnley with work. I’ve never tasted better having been frequenting Indian restaurants for about 43 years and countless hundreds of meals all over Britain this is the best, I had a signature chicken dish the Jal Murgh Lassandar so tasty with khas pilau rice superb. I normally have poppadoms and skip a starter unless extremely hungry otherwise you end up leaving good food unfinished. Only wish I had someone to share the experience with. However I shall make a point of visiting again and for leisure this time , maybe stop nearby in the camper van or a hotel with my wife. We live about 120 miles away but It’s that good, definitely worth the trip👍🏻

Fabulous food here on Monday night. The service was excellent, and there were empty plates left at the end. Two very picky eaters had what can only be described as delicious curries. I can highly recommend this place, the owner is a very friendly gentleman, who will come and talk to you. Nothing is too much trouble. The chef handles spices very well, and there is none of the swimming in grease sauces here, only a delight to your taste buds. Excellent food, excellent quality, excellent service. 👌👌👌👌👍👍👍

Booked a table on someone's recommendation as not from the area and we weren't disappointed. Food was great, staff very attentive and the restaurant itself was lovely inside. If ever in Burnley again, will definitely revisit.

Went to aroma today to celebrate my husbands 70th birthday with family .Excellent service lovely friendly staff food was by far the best in the local area would have no hesitation recommending to anyone will definitely return our granddaughter loved it especially the ice cream thank you all for a lovely afternoon and excellent food .

First time to order. Food was average and we ordered a particular wine that was replaced with a mast cheap bottle. Really disappointed after reading the supposed good reviews.

It's not the worse but it's definitely gone down hill since last time I ordered. C.T.M. didn't taste anything like what it should have and it's very expensive compared to other higher quality Indian restaurants.

The mezzanine level really elevates the classiness of this modern restaurant, offering something most restaurants don't. The staff are very polite and attentive who offer a service with a smile. The food, WOW. A menu which provides a wide range of options, catering for all allergies. The presentation, taste, and spice, it was all sublime. I tried the Murgh Harabara which was cooked to perfection. It is clear to see why this restaurant has won so many awards. The price is also fair for the quality of food you get.

We travelled quite far to try this restaurant and was bitterly disappointed in the food. Very tough lamb for a starter. The sheek kebab was also very bland. The lamb lassandra was also very tough. Overall very disappointed in the food. The service however was very good and they removed the lamb starter off the bill which was fair as it wasn't eaten and they was apologetic for it. This was a meal out for my birthday so it did spoil it as it wasn't enjoyed fully.

Wasn't fond of the food at all. My kids hardly ate. Service was nice though. Friendly staff but if you're wanting an authentic Asian restaurant, this isn't the place. Sorry!

90 mins after ordering and they ring telling me they don't do 1 of the items I ordered online from there menu. 2 hours for food to be delivered.

We went here on the day of King Charles Coronation, Twas great service, very attentive, with the food coming quickly and really hot. We all enjoyed all the food, and two of us even had food to take home because the portions were so big. Only minor complaint as good as the Peshwari Naan was, it was a little expensive at the price of £4.5. All in all we would happily come back again.

Fantastic meal and staff.Great guidance from Khurram on food amounts. The taste of the food is simply fantastic and gets better with each bite. The restaurant is lovely, clean and puts you at ease in readiness for a lovely evening. No rushing to get you out once the meal is finished. A “must go too” when in town or living locally. Recently had a takeaway delivered catering for 16 people, gotta say it was absolutely spot on, everything ordered was delivered piping hot, fantastic service and the food was outstanding....

Sunday Evening 9.10pm. Possibly the best food I've had in my Life . Very Flavoursome dishes Superb friendly efficient staff . Have recommended to colleges and are also going to visit . We also shall 100% be returning very soon . 5*

Table booked for meals at 7pm for 20 people. They put us in two groups. Each group occupied one table that concisted of 10. Our meals didn't come at the same time for both tables. There were about 20 minutes gap. And gaps between starter and main course was almost 1 hour. Starter was served ar7:40pm and main course was served at 21:15pm. We thought they forgot about us after they took away plates after we had our starter. At 21:05pm I had to ask them whether they were going to serve us our main meal. Despite all the waiting, they didn't even bother to come to us to apologise for the delay and why it was delayed. The only time they said sorry was when we paid our bill. My staff were not friendly either. They didn't even smile to us. Will definitely not go back there for sitting in a d will not recommend it to others. Other Indian restaurants in area such as Agra and Usher in Burnley are much much much better in all aspects comparing to Aroma.

As ever excellent food, friendly staff (who were run off their feet!) Attentive to our requests, showed care in serving the food and took the time to engage with us. We were a family of 6 who all are from the main menu. The menu is interesting with the dishes well explained. Prices are very good and what you would expect with a high end establishment. The restaurant itself is light and airy. The mezzanine levels offer additional space. Tastefully decorated, well spaced tables. Thoroughly enjoyed our meal and indeed the experience. Looking forward to our next visit already.

Booked for 3pm on christmas day for eight adults and two children. Our table was still occupied and was not available for another half an hour. The service was absolutely terrible and so was the food. It took FOUR hours to serve four courses and the second course plates etc were not removed to make room for the main course, so we we surrounded by dirty plates. They then tried to charge us £11 for chicken nuggets and chips for a two year old. . It was awful and ruined our christmas day.
