How do you rate a car park? I parked my car here, it was still there when I came back and as far as I could tell it was unmolested. Top job, no doubt the controlled access and shutter doors played their part but for Β£22 a day I'd expect nothing less.

Carpark ok. Machines as go back into carpark ask to to pay contact's on exit barrier which we chose to do unfortately the contactless was not working on the barrier we chose. Pressed button fr assistance and the man who answered was sarcastic and patronising asking us if we were doing it right which we assured him we were so he cut us off. We pressed button again and woman answered. Went through same process again and all she said was go to other exit. This time it worked. But very unhelpful staff

Lots of Reasons to love this city and car park and Danielle is one of them, I lost my wallet with my q park ticket so when I explained my situation Danielle sorted it out for me and added some much needed humour to make things better πŸ˜πŸ‘πŸ»

Pretty decent car park in a prime city centre location with some security measures, but not cheap.

I chose to park here as I was looking for secure parking for a 24h stay and had previously used Park Bee (a couple of years ago), which was a bit closer to our hotel, but it seems that it's now changed hands and doesn't offer secure parking anymore (also the recent reviews didn't seem good), but I remembered walking past the automatic shutters on this carpark the last time we were in Liverpool and so I pre-booked a 24h ticket which cost Β£19 (not cheap), but I wanted security over cost so I went ahead and bought it. Although on the website you have to pick arrival and departure days/times, that's just to price your ticket. If you're staying up to 24h you can arrive and depart at any time so long as it's not longer than 24hrs (if you stay longer you'll get charged an additional fee). Upon arrival you just drive up to the shutter and into the carpark and take a ticket. The barcode on the ticket gets you access to the pedestrian doors to re-enter the carpark when you return, and also at the payment machines. If you have prepaid for a ticket you'll have an email with a barcode in it which you scan at the payment machine after putting in the ticket you took when you drove in and it basically validates your ticket, zeroing the balance to pay. The carpark itself is very clean and well lit and reminded me of some of the airport parking structures I've used. It was easy to find a space and there was plenty of room to park a larger family car. The true test of a secure car park is if your car is still there in the morning and I'm happy to report that mine hadn't been set on fire, didn't have any graffiti on it, and still had all it's wheels, windows, and contents (not that I left any valuables in it). So even though it cost me Β£19 for an overnight stay I would park here again.

DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CAR PARK! NOT SECURE WHAT SO EVER! Left our car there for 48 hours and the window got smashed in. Received no support from the car park staff. Not to mention the extortionate prices.

Great carpark, great location, secure . Reasonable price compared to other carparks I've used . Only little negative point , didn't realise there was VIP parking spaces , got there bit too early for hotel check in & when I went back to car to get bags after couple of hours & noticed I'd accidentally reversed into a VIP bay (not signed very clearly if not been before) .. oops so swiftly moved my car

The whole process from Booking, to arriving and to leaving was so easy. It was a well laid out carpark with nice big parking spaces. Very secure also. Nice clear signage. Ideally located for City centre Liverpool. I would recommend this car park.

We use this car park every day and using their App means from arrival to departure is seamless, charge for parking is taken directly from our bank account via our cards on App. Very easy to use. I wanted however to give a full 5 stars as this whole QPark experience is really a good, positive one, however. We have noticed on several occasions as disabled users with badge then a lot of lazy, selfish people park in the disabled bay's without a care for those of us that have great difficulty with our mobility, they don't display a badge, some are women with kids one brazen young woman was off to the gym she had all her gear with her!! Why aren't these people pulled-up about this these bays are designated & marked for disabled drivers!! The other issues is it has become dirty and needs a good clean, coffee stains and all the filth is spilled into a grid in the corner, really sloppy lazy. I'm paying for this service experience and QPark seriously needs to up-your gain.

Expensive but the carpark is in a prime location and is very secure and well maintained. I'd definitely use it again.

Inadvertently stuck an important item in a bin at the location which had been emptied on inspection, reported to a very helpful and pleasant lady named Danielle who went to the trouble of locating the actual bin bag, found the item and returned it back to us! Danielle is most definitely an asset to Q-park. Many thanks!

Q-park's are normally great quality and secure. Unfortunately this site has installed mosquito alarms in lift lobbies which make waiting for the lift one of the most unpleasant experiences. The alarms can also be heard quite a distance down the road too. Appreciate it is to deter antisocial behaviour but also might deter paying customers like me?

This is probably the best car park I have ever experienced. We pre-paid for an overnight stay. The car park is spacious, well lit and security was excellent. You don’t need a ticket as entrance and exit was managed by a registration plate recognition system. When you pre pay you get to park in a VIP Reserved bay on the first floor. To sum up in one word, effortless.

Very frustrating experience. Stayed at the Novotel next door, but Q-Park claimed there were no reserved spaces left to book beforehand, so I was unable to use the hotel's 30% discount. Arrived on the day and managed to park on the 1st floor, so not short of space at all! I didn't realise that my RingGo app had auto-pay enabled, so the barrier let me straight in without printing a ticket. This would have been fine, but to get back into the car park you need a barcode, which is on the ticket... (there was none in the app itself). The staff were helpful in terms of letting me back in, but it made for a stressful arrival and departure experience.

Ok car park, quite expensive. Certainly better layed out than many others in the area. Some parking spaces had no obvious way of getting out apart from reversing into the flow of traffic which is fine when it's quiet but rather difficult when it isn't.

The carpark is sound but the cost... Holly $%#@ it's like Β£3 per hour so I'd say that is a joke in comparison to other carparks. 4hrs parking cost us Β£12 which I totally disagree. My girlfriend paid this time but I wouldn't of picked this carpark due to the very high tariff. I nearly turned around when I read the sign on the way in.

Not impressed with service when payment systems have a problem. Basic signage saying what was working and what was not before you enter would save much treking up and down floors

Disgusting service, lost my ticket and then called the customer service for help. I gave them my reg and they lied saying that the anpr didn't notice my car even tho the ticket had my registration on it. Made me pay lost ticket fee. Won't be using them again, absolutely disgusting service.

  • 2/5 Michael S. 2 years ago on Google
Do not bother pre-booking as advised, pre-book price was Β£19 and the machine on the day said around Β£8.80 and you most likely won't get a refund for any of the cost (as I never). It also doesn't make it any quicker entering/leaving the car park. Besides that, it is well lit and a very safe car park.

Nice modern car park with wide enough bays, plenty of parking reserved for electric vehicles, fast and well maintained lifts and all for a fair price. It's exactly what you need within walking distance of all the action, and that's exactly where it is.

  • 4/5 Maria R. 9 months ago on Google
Very Central Car Parking and very convenient for surrounding shoos but couldn't get no assistance as there was no intercom system and ended up double charged after making a mistake at the entrance as no entrance tkt available and so we removed to the other entrance barrier which produced a tkt. However, I'd produced my credit card at the first barrier and ended up being charged Β£22 for only 8hrs parking!!!!????? Surely this can't be correct????

  • 5/5 Rich W. 8 months ago on Google

Nice place for park car.but price is to high.

  • 4/5 Alex H. 6 months ago on Google
Decent sized spaces, however the entrance door that should close never did, leaving the public to access the entire area without the qr code.

  • 1/5 Andrew W. 1 year ago on Google
Saying spaces are available when there blatently isn’t. 30 minutes going through the car park for absolute nothing. Manage your system better.
