Guy needs to hire staff or you are sat on the barber seat for ages while he serves customer. Very poor quality of customer service

Sold me used hair clippers listed as brand new with manufacturers warranty paperwork taken out of box. Then refused to admit fault or exchange. WORST! barber supplier I’ve ever dealt with.

Do not get your extensions fitted at this place. Absolutely awful! They don't care if the extensions match your hair colour or not, it looks different in their light. I removed my hair extensions the next day after paying £120 because they were so bad. It's definitely worth paying the extra money for a decent job!!!!

Only rated one as you can’t go any lower. I messaged for a hair appointment and declined it after being told it would be £120-£250 for box braids. I then received a message at 00:20 saying they can do it for £80. As I stated I didn’t want to appointment, I didn’t feel the need to reply. I then received a horrible message the next day stating I will be black listed and blocked as I didn’t reply and I didn’t want the appointment. I’ve been to this shop many times for hair products and I will definitely NOT be returning

Get my hair products from here and get hair care advice. Was givin advice on skin products for highly sensitive skin. Have revomened shop also

Went in to purchase products for a newly purchased lace front wig, having little clue how to style and prepare. The man running the shop was really helpful to what i needed :)

Great, friendly place to get your hair done and a beautiful array of accessories, everything you need for hair in one place without breaking the bank! Polite and respectful staff, Diallo and Mary were very tolerant of my 18 month old, even let him play with toy trucks. Thank you for doing my children's hair with care. ☺️
