The only place that is close to quality places you get in Thailand. The masseuse here have VTCT Practitioner and Wat Pho certs and can safely, effectively provide therapeutic massage backed up with lots of knowledge about muscles/anatomy. Recommend deep tissue here for anyone into sports/training wanting to reduce muscle soreness and improve recovery.

WORST PLACE EVER! My booking was at 3pm till 4pm and I was 10minutes late so rather than give me at least 30 mins massage the ladies said nobody is working now and you have to come later and after that she hang up the phone in my face! Thats not the way to treat customers learn to be polite and helpful with people before make business!!! DISGUSTING

Stay well away!! Shocking experience, got a groupon gift for father days so decided to use the voucher. Voucher was due to expire on 11th October so when I called on 1st of October to book in, I got told I needed to give two weeks notice to use voucher. Of course no such thing on voucher which was purchased. Lady on desk said she had no appointments and I will need to pay £10 and I can use the groupon voucher. To avoid the aggro of going back to groupon so I said ok, I get offered the 4th of October for massage and told to pay £10. Now I wouldn’t have minded paying for a date beyond the expiry of the voucher but to insult someone to pay extra when the voucher is within its time frame just infuriates me from these money grabbers. I asked to speak to a manger and was told he won’t call you back and then put phone down.. I will be going to groupon to complain who allow such money grabbing companies on their website who can’t adhere to a basic voucher contract.

Went for a Thai massage with my wife. Both massages were done simultaneously and we were very impressed. Both masseurs worked really hard for the full hour and we could tell they were experienced. The spa in general was clean and well presented. Came out feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Great value for money.

2 massages seperate rooms same bad experiences. I booked this because of the reviews so I feel its only fair i leave an honest review on quality of service. My masseuse was a nice person but not professional. The massage itself didn't flow (2 shuvs at the shoulder 2 at the neck followed by an elbow to the back) hot stones too hot and even when told still too hot! I told them I wanted a relaxing massage and to the masseuses admission they said "I know you wanted it relaxing but I can't help it!" Girlfriends massage: masseuse was late, kept reiterating they wanted to go home, spoke with husband on phone WHILST massaging her, kept stopping massage to talk. Whole massage lasted about 30mins due to talking in-between, paid for 1hr. All in all very disappointing and I feel its only fair I leave an honest review. I'm sure they're lovely people but they're in the wrong buisness.

Just had a 1hr Thai massage with Candy (hope I got that right!). Fantastic masseuse, extremely friendly but professional. She asked at the start what kind of pressure I would like and if there were any areas I would like her to focus on. Candy gave me the best massage I have ever had, making sure she focused on my upper back and shoulders like I requested, but also identifying areas like my hamstrings that needed work. Left feeling so much better and I'll definitely be returning soon.

*** AVOID *** If you rate your health AVOID at all costs I visited as my back was very sore. A lady booked me in and showed me to a room. She returned and applied quite a lot of pressure, something I’m used to. After 10 minutes, I heard a crack and the pain in my chest was awful. I look up and find this woman is stood on the bed, needless to say she had been standing on me at the time this occurred. I sat up only to be asked to lay back down. I tried but was unable to lay in my chest. I left shortly after and 2 hours later and 2 painkillers later the pain is horrendous. I’ll see how I feel in 2 days before visiting a GP and starting a claim against this business At no point was a report made of my injury, no medical assistance, nothing. This is a poor practice and must be avoided at all costs.

I called in here a few weeks ago for a massage I had received as a gift.This is the worst massage I have ever had in my life.I was in pain during the massage and the day after.Also I found the massage therapist if that's what they were very rude and ignorant.I will Not be returning and would advise others to do the same.

The bad reviews are a reminder that not all body is same and not all people like hard massage. The Therapists do their best and one can always decide if they are going for soft, medium or strong massage. I would like to think they are good. Unbeatable for the price. If we can direct them well they can offer a more satisfactory service. A girl named Nancy is strong and offers very good massage. June is experienced. If you really need pain relief then they are good.
