Lovely staff who did not rush me. Very knowledgeable. After under calculating the cost of my glasses due to stigmatism following the eye test, staff member gave me her voucher which saved me a fortune. Sooo nice of her. Donated wine and chocolates.Optician was amazing too.

Excellent optician who took the time to throughly explain everything to me. Friendly lady who did my glaucoma test etc. Felt very comfortable and not like I was on a conveyor belt.My new opticians

The ladies was very professional ..Rachel was Brilliant with me very patient especially as I couldn't decide which frames I liked .. And she talked me through the benefits of trying vari focals .

I've been to a few opticians in the past. Everyone I spoke with here, listened to my concerns and helped find the best solution for me. Currently trialing contact lenses for two weeks, which they had the patience to teach me to use. Highly recommend.

Absolutely disgusting service. My glasses arm had broke so went into store to get it fixed and they wouldn't, baring in mind I can't see without them.. just shrugged her shoulders at me and said don't know when I asked her what am I supposed to do? Refusing to give me my lenses also that I've PAID for until I have an aftercare even though I have already had one. So I'm now left with no glasses no lenses for 5 days until they can fit me in! Will never go here again once I've received my lenses I'm owed.

Had an eye test today. Haven’t had one in years. I have come on google to leave a review as I’d like to thank the staff that dealt with me. The lady who did the test was lovely and so helpful and the man who did the pre test was great. He helped me pick out my glasses. No pressure to upsale me. He was professional, friendly and helpful. I was in and out in about 30 mins and I get to pick up my glasses in a week or so. It was a really easy and pleasant experience which is sometimes hard to find these days. So thank you.

Extremely helpful today when I visited I need occupational glasses which are bifocal but only my reading prescription.Felt very looked after from beginning to the end.Needed a third eye on choosing my frames too.Thank you looking for collecting and stopping squinting 😆

Staff great, but avoid buying RayBan brand !!! If you get a problem with the glasses takes months for them to be repaired, I could have sent a pigeon to Italy quicker!!!! Very disappointed. Thank you everyone for sorting out my glasses I had them back 2 days after posting this review, great work 👍
